Nothing.

Cons:

There was a dead cockroach, there was a gap with the door so cold air was coming in. The concential breakfast wasn't good it could have been alot better. The beds were hard.

Unsafe, dirty, and not family-friendly. I asked to cancel but got no help, so I switched hotels.

Unfortunately, the area felt quite unsafe and wasn't suitable for my family, with a noticeable presence of unhoused individuals. I was uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and requested a cancellation, but received no support. Ultimately, I had to book a different hotel.
