Castle Inn and Suites Anaheim

I loved this hotel! The reception and cleaning staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean (and smelled nice and clean), the mini fridge was good-sized and the microwave in the room was great. The pool area was perfect to cool off in mid-day when we all needed a break from Disneyland.

The pool and bathroom area looked brand-new and there is a laundry facility there that I utilized twice during our stay that was very inexpensive. The reception staff has quarters you can exchange bills for to put in the machines. They also have detergent for purchase, though I brought my own. It really feels like they have it as a perk vs a money- making venture, which seemed to fit with the vibe of this place, like you were friends coming to stay vs people they can gouge for money because they're close to Disneyland.

I was worried about the beds, as that seemed to be a main issue with some of the reviews I watched (this was our first trip to Disneyland/California in general so I tried to do a lot of research). I found the beds to be firm but not uncomfortable, and they gave you plenty of nice, fluffy pillows. We all slept just fine after a long day and it was quiet there at night without any noise issues.

Overall, we will definitely stay here again if we decide to do another Disneyland trip in the future. Everything was close and convenient (small markets and CVS (open 24 hours) and Walgreens one block up the road, and Disneyland was 2 blocks down, with two crosswalks to traverse. I'd say it took us 10 mins to get to the security line if we made the first crosswalk right before it changed (with our 6 and 8 year old and stroller in tow). Definitely the best deal in the area with everything they provide for you, including the excellent service! Big mahalos from the LeFever Ohana!

Booked 7 nights for a 5 day Disney visit with grands. One day for rest and the pool. !They do Not have pool towels! We planned 2 days to travel nearly 800 miles but left 4am and powered through in one. Castle had a family suite available and gave us a good price so our stay was 8 days. Staff are diligent in keeping the grounds and facility in top shape. They even mop the walkways outside the rooms. They still think covid is a threat though, as they have barriers up and still wear masks. Hard to understand for hard of hearing... We washed laundry once and the washer took our money. Staff took care of it. Reasonable walk to Disney entrance. The motel is right across from Radiator Springs Racers. The only thing I would change is the flooring. Maybe not as comfortable but I like the easy sanitation. We did not have our room serviced but once. They offer daily. But looking at the carpet after we had been there few days made me wonder about accumulation. All in all, we had a great trip.

The room was so clean! When we arrived there was swan towel decoration on the counter. The house keepers did an excellent job of cleaning each day! The air conditioning worked great! Thank you!

My husband and I went with our teen. We had a suite for two nights. He had the space he needed and so did we. The place is not 5 stars but the staff are kind, the location is great for going to Disneyland/ California Adventure, and it’s clean and a little bit silly. I will definitely go again.

This motel is absolutely falling apart. When we first arrived we were able to check in early. That was the only perk. First room had a broken bath tub and front door that wouldn’t close properly. Had to move to another room that also had a non functioning bath tub, a sink that constantly dripped water and wouldn’t turn off and the room was dirty and smelled of mildew. The staff for 3 days straight attempted to fix the tub. Was never able too. Called me. Numerous times while we were trying to enjoy our time at the park over this bathtub. The water was shut off to the entire complex for 5 hours on our first day there. Construction was going on throughout our stay and we were not able to use the stairs closest to our room. No mention of this when I booked our room. The staff was incredibly rude, mostly the night manager and the general manger. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is great for traveling to Disneyland. The rooms are very clean. I travel a lot and have stayed here three times. These hotel rooms are spotless.

Great location, free wifi. You get exactly what they say. Super friendly front desk staff!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our water pressure was not working correctly- we let them know in the morning, and it was fixed by the time we got back to our hotel room that night. Clean, quiet, and they were able to charge my grandmother's rental mobility scooter in the lobby at night. Super close to Disney, walking back at night was a breeze. Cozy, cute rooms, staff was wonderful. The only issue we had is that many of the vending machines were not working right. An affordable good neighbor hotel. This will be my go to when I visit anaheim from now on.

Clean rooms, no funky smoke smells. Very close to the parks. Definitely recommend!

The location - proximity to Disneyland & price is what drove us to book this property & it did not disappoint. The staff were all helpful & pleasant, especially the Trainee on reception! The room was equipped with everything we needed. We made use of the laundry on site. Parking was free also which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

We are return visitors to the Castle Inn and Suites in Anaheim, Ca. Our recent stay did not disappoint. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious. Great for families.

Location can’t be beat in relation on Disneyland gate. It’s an easy walk. Hotel has what you need for a couple of days in the parks. Great value. Shower could have been a little cleaner, and had some mildew around edges and some mildew/hard water stains on shower head. However, I travel with cleaner so it was not enough of an issue that I would not stay again. Everything else was clean. Have stayed here twice and will probably stay again if we go back to Disneyland.

Perfect location to walk to Disney. Fun castle vibes to get your vacation started in the right way. Loved having the separate room for the kids. For the price it is perfect.

Beautiful! Clean and quaint!

This place is reasonably close to the Disney parks. Post-park it is about a 12-15 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean. The beds are firm. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The free parking is definitely a great deal and rare find. The pool is clean and warm. The spa is not any warmer than the pool. Fun for kids though. The castle theming on the outside is cute too.
