Perfect location to walk to Disney. Fun castle vibes to get your vacation started in the right way. Loved having the separate room for the kids. For the price it is perfect.

Beautiful! Clean and quaint!

This place is reasonably close to the Disney parks. Post-park it is about a 12-15 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean. The beds are firm. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The free parking is definitely a great deal and rare find. The pool is clean and warm. The spa is not any warmer than the pool. Fun for kids though. The castle theming on the outside is cute too.

From the moment we arrived we received the best care possible. Our room was ready and clean for us to go right in. The staff was awesome. I had a scooter brought to the hotel before our arrival and the front desk had it ready for me to get on and be off. The laundry facilities were a nice perk not having to go off site. The location of the hotel was just a block from the front gate of Disneyland, easy to get to and from in minutes. A very good value for the money. Thank you to the staff of the hotel.

Conveniently located near Disneyland entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily!

The room was not super clean. The floor was sticky, had an off smell, a booger or oatmeal on the top sheet of the bed, and someone’s underwear on the floor. (I picked it up thinking it was one of our burp cloths. luckily it wasn’t dark and I didn’t use it as such🤢) Our keypad stopped working and I had to go back and forth from the room to the lobby serval times. Not ideal when you have two little ones waiting to go to bed. Solution for the night was to just wait till tomorrow for it to be fixed and if we were going to leave, to get front desk to manually open the door. The walkways are narrow so it’s tricky getting around with a larger stroller.

The ice machines and daily room cleans are great (if you opt into them). The location is perfect for going to Disney but it wasn’t magical. I wouldn’t stay here again.

If you have realistic expectations, this is a great place to stay for a Disneyland trip.

Cons: The facility is older. The rooms were dimly lit, and there was a gap under the main door that allowed the sounds of other guests walking by to be heard easily in the morning.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early, so we were able to check in on arrival. The family suite was large and gave us plenty of room for our family of four; the kids loved not having to share a bed! The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The extra sink made getting ready much easier. The WiFi worked well. The walk to Disney took less than 10 minutes even with crossing streets and pushing a stroller.

We all felt the pros outweighed the cons and would stay here again.

Loved the location and it's closeness to Disneyland. The room and bathroom, overall, were very clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Parking was also great , as it was right below our room.

I stayed at the property many years ago and decided to come back this May-2026; as it did the first time I stayed here they did not dissappoint : great service, great staff, check-in was a breeze.

Clean rooms, great housekeeping, property thou it shows the years in service, upkeep is excellent, all facilities very clean.

It is walking distance to the parks, lots of places to grab something to ear within a half block, vehicle access is easy from either Katella Ave or Harbour Blvd.

This place compared to the ones right across the park's entrance is way much better : no hidden services fees, rooms get cleaned daily (unlike the "tropicana inn"), parking is not extra (one car per room is more than enough), property does not feel all crammed up.

Just one very minor inconvenience : TV signal looks like pre-digital era..not very important ( since we spent all day out in the parks ) but would be a nice improvement.

Overall definetly without hesitation will stay here wheneaver I get back to Disneyland or nearby attractions.

Fantastic service and quality. Location is great for those going to Disneyland. Price was the most affordable too. Highly recommend the Castle Inn.

Location was great, 10 mins walk from hotel to Disneyland gates. Rooms (Exec Mini Suite) was large and very comfortable for 4, no problem for 6. Rooms were clean, noise was minimal despite being right on S Harbor Blvd. Service from the front desk was excellent despite us arriving after 10pm. Good value for money being this near to Disneyland. No breakfast but there's a walgreens nearby to get food to microwave, plenty of food options both ways on the blvd.

This hotel is so very consistent, after multiply stays, they did it again. Great guest service, clean and ready room, stored and charged my mobility cart every day. I will be returning again soon!
