Trennscheibe zwischen Dusche und WC fehlte, wenige Handtuchhaken, praktischer Stauraum für Gepäck fehlte. Ein Moskitonetz wäre schön gewesen.
Attention to detail. That was what I noticed the most. Everything was neat and organized. The room was comfortable and everything worked. Sometimes you go to places and something might be broken or out of order. Not here. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.

This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Surrounded by nature, we had time and space to rest, reflect and renew. Care and attention has been paid to every detail so that the hotel harmonises with its magnificent environment, the food excites the palate with delicious dishes made with local ingredients and the service is impeccable. Incredible experience! The hotel is stunningly designed, modern and perfectly blended with the surrounding natural landscape, and has fantastic amenities. We booked a couple’s massage at the spa, which also had a sauna, steam room, and infinity pool. The room (Filandia), had a private pool and hot tub, and glass walls opened to unbelievable panoramic views. The service is top notch, and Basto, the restaurant, is excellent and also features gorgeous views! I would highly recommend!

Staff, the breakfast, the views, the spa was exceptional
The cleanliness, the lack of operational efficiency, ordering a hot water to your room can take over 45 minutes. The lack of management is clearly very visible where the people aren’t capable of making the right decisions in situations where an escalation is required. Having to change rooms three times at 1 am in the morning is far from optimal when you’ve been travelling for over 10 hours to get to the hotel
El hotel es precioso. Tanto las habitaciones, como las áreas comunes están super cuidadas para convertir la experiencia en algo inolvidable. El desayuno es un sueño, con pan horneado diariamente y muy variadas opciones.

Excellent amenities, the spa area ( swimming pool, sauna and steam room plus jacuzzi were so clean and comfy ) swimming pools is perfect for influencers or those that love themselves and selfies 🤣🤭. Seriously tho the whole place is stunning. Oh the wait staff are so lovely and passionate about their jobs especially Cristian he went above and beyond to make sure my very demanding Partner (Martin Gay Owner of the James Street florist in Brisbane Australia “ free publicity)” 🤭 buy your flowers here ) And I were happy and fed

Great place. Definitely recommend and would go back again. The SPA is beautiful, restaurant very tasty and staff was great and helpful. Rooms clean and great.
We have spent 3 nights and taken all 3 dinners at the hotel. It is set in a beautiful natural resort, with lush greenery and open spaces dominating.
The personnel is incredibly helpful and kind, the restaurant provides truly good food and the rooms are spacious and benefit from a fantastic view.
A couple of things which could be improved: the rooms become very hot during the day as they face the sun and the polished concrete floors heat. some air circulation system would help (there is air conditioning - but leaving it on for the whole day feels a waste)
The SPA is a bit far.
All in all however an very good stay and definitely recommended.
