We stayed for three nights in the Atardecer Suite, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff, facilities, surroundings, food, and location all came together to create a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone (from the reception team to the restaurant staff on both the morning and evening shifts) was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
The food was excellent (we highly recommend the “Montaditos Caribeños” and the breakfast is a must.) The views, spa, and the beautiful room complemented the overall experience, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again, perhaps choosing a different suite next time simply to experience another part of this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.
Tips: Mosquitos, in particular between 6:00 am to 9:00 am is something easy to fix with a proper repellent; explore nearby towns such as Salento, Filandia, Circasia all of them easy to reach by car.
Obiekt jest przepięknie położony mieszkaliśmy w domku otoczonym zielenią z widokiem na Dolinę śniadania i kolację rewelacyjne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Bungalow jest przeszklony Dzięki czemu można było obserwować rano ptaki prosto z łóżka.
Zaskoczeniem był brak drzwi do łazienki Co może być dla wielu osób dyskomfortem.
L’espace piscine et jacuzzi est très agréable. Les chambres « cabanes » sont vraiment confortables et c’est très sympathique d’être isolés dans la nature. L’accueil de Luis Fernando était parfaite !
Pas de réelle solution pour arriver et repartir de l’établissement si on est pas véhiculé. Beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques et autre petits insectes pour une collection de boutons. Il y a bien une crème anti moustique à disposition dans les toilettes du spa mais à cause de cela j’ai pris un coup de soleil (peut être qu’un spray serait plus adéquat).

Nos dieron una café de cortesía al llegar, pero el café estaba frio y sin sabor, para ser zona cafetera debería ser un café excepcional, muy pobre de sabor y calidad, se le dijo a los encargados, pero no tuvieron en cuenta la observación.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was honestly the most beautiful experience. The hotel itself is stunning and situated in a good location that gives you access around the whole town. Staff was absolutely incredible from the front desk, restaurants, amenities. They were always very attentive and helpful. Rooms was incredible with the most serene view and the environment itself was so peaceful and nature oriented. The food and the cocktails/drinks in the hotel is outstanding! They truly capture Colombian food in its essence. The views across the whole hotel look breathtaking and the amenities are worth coming here. Definitely will be coming back with family!

The natural beauty of the facilities plus high level of services (spa, restaurant) are not to be missed
Great location and friendly staff. The concept of à la carte is good and there were enough choices.
Breakfast concept sadly also meant the following which was very disappointing from a luxury resort.
1. Everything was rationed and had to be asked for including sugar and sauces.
2. What’s presented as a breakfast included rate is not entirely true. Even water is charged extra and any small item above the 1 item entititled to per guest is charged.
This is very petty and left a poor taste in the mouth.
It should say breakfast free but does not include water!!
I love the place, super relax and disconnect with the world, the service and the kindness. Daniela and luis Oscar and Cristian from the rest basto super nice experience, feel like be at home, they let u feel that u are at home,thank guy, this is our 2nd time staying there.looking forward for our next trip back❤️🥰🫶🥂
this is me and my wife 2nd time coming here the place is so beautiful and the views we love here the staff are amazing they are so friendly and if you come here ask for Daniela and Luis they are the best and olso Oscar they let you feel like you’re welcome if i can choose to go somewhere it will be here again thank you very much
