- The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on 3/11/2025, 5/1/2026, 2/3/2026, 4/5/2026, 6/7/2026, 7/9/2026 and 2/11/2026 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.
- In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025, all hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and the Club Oasis.
Parking regulations:
− Enjoy free parking one car per room during stay
− For parking after check-out, an hourly fee of NT$70 will be charged
Club Oasis Fitness Center:
− Encompassing both indoor and outdoor facilities, Club Oasis Fitness Center is located on the 5th floor and is completed with the latest fitness equipment, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool.
− Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna.
− Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
− The fitness center opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
− Guests can use the room key to access the fitness center.
− Non-World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.
Oasis Spa:
− Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
− The spa center opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
− The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.

Brightest days of this Hyatt are probably gone, our room was worn out and smelly. Hotel needs serious refurbishments.
Location, staff, and room
Stayed at Grand Hyatt from 3/7-3/9. Arrived early and front desk was able to check me in early. Hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The hotel is located next to Taipei 101 so it is very convenient. The breakfast. Offer had a very good selection of food. Good to go early though as it gets quite crowded in the morning.
Overall, has been a good experience and would recommend it when visiting Taipei.
Beautiful hotel close to many attractions including Taipei 101, elephant mountain, and fun tai fung. The spa is really lovely as well.

The facilities were great. The gym had everything needed for my workouts but so small for the size of the hotel. They also have a spa/sauna but i never got to use—they were closed on the day i wanted to go, the day before i left.
One thing that was incredibly disappointing: at 1:30am on the night before i left, I heard a Chinese woman right outside my door speaking Chinese to a man. It obvious woke me from sleep and she kept going and going. I assumed it was a rude guest who had no consideration for others in the hotel. After several minutes of this, i couldn’t take it anymore so I got up and opened the door to confront this loud and inconsiderate woman. When i opened the door, I was so surprised to find it was a hotel employee who was chatting with another employee by the stairwell which was just a few steps near my door. She says “sorry” and quickly walked down the hall. I was so surprised, even shocked that a hotel of this caliber but not train its employees well-enough. I was so mad i couldn’t sleep the rest of the night and simply got up at around 4 to get ready to check out. Something like this should never happen.

One of the best hotel we have stayed at. Everyone and everything was top notch. The location was perfect next to the popular building tower 101, as it was the tallest in the world for quite some time. Walkable area and viewing areas nearby. Taxi is out front for trips to the Zoo; overhead tram, Roache night market and transportation to airport or cruise terminal all at reasonable set rates. The heated toilet seats are very comforatable!
