Important information:

- The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on 3/11/2025, 5/1/2026, 2/3/2026, 4/5/2026, 6/7/2026, 7/9/2026 and 2/11/2026 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.

- In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025, all hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and the Club Oasis.

Parking regulations:
− Enjoy free parking one car per room during stay
− For parking after check-out, an hourly fee of NT$70 will be charged

Club Oasis Fitness Center:
− Encompassing both indoor and outdoor facilities, Club Oasis Fitness Center is located on the 5th floor and is completed with the latest fitness equipment, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool.
− Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna.
− Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
− The fitness center opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
− Guests can use the room key to access the fitness center.
− Non-World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.

Oasis Spa:
− Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
− The spa center opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
− The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.

Pros:

Très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pieds du centre d'exposition. Le personnel est très efficace et d'une grande gentillesse... comme chaque année !

Cons:

La connexion Wifi n'était pas très stable par moment.

Felt at home, at a price
Pros:

locations covered walking distance to city centre. Concierge v helpful with airport transfer booking, alerting us the fixed fee (so no need to haggle).

Cons:

Room decor felt a bit dated, and hotel lobby not enough seats as waiting area

한적하고 깔끔한 5성급 호텔을 찾는다면 추천!
Pros:

위치는 중심지까지 그렇게 가깝지는 않았으나, 타이베이 101을 통하여 지하철을 타러 가는 통로가 있어 편리하게 이용했습니다. 전체적인 컨디션이 매우 괜찮았고 수영장도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했으며, 영어로 원활한 소통을 할 수 있었습니다. 조금씩만 걸어 나가면 은근 주변에 로컬 식당이 많습니다. 4박 5일동안 머물며 했던 주위 동네 구경은 꽤 즐거운 여행의 플러스 요소가 되었습니당. 마지막으로 공항까지 바로 가는 버스가 호텔 바로 앞쪽에 오기 때문에 그 점도 매우 편리했습니다!

Cons:

추석 연휴였기에 숙박비가 대체적으로 비쌌습니다. 처음 사이트에서 예약했을 때 보다 체크아웃 할 때 인보이스에 약간 더 높은 가격이 찍혀있었습니다. (큰 돈은 아니라 넘어갔습니다^^) 또한 바닥이 카펫트라 먼지가 좀 많았습니다. 가족여행이라 엑스트라 베드 추가해서 3명이서 방을 써서 더 그런 것 같기도 하네요. 하지만 못 견딜 정도는 아니었습니다. 101타워와 연결이 되어있지만 직통은 아니라, 지하철 타러 가는데까지 시간은 조금 걸립니다. 주로 시먼 근처로 일정을 짜신 분들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 환승이 편리하긴 하지만 계속 하다보면 지치더라구요!

Pros:

地點佳離捷運站近，早餐選擇多元也十分美味，不過有個時段人會比較多，需要稍微排隊入場

Cons:

隔音情況以五星飯店來說，稍嫌不理想，可能附近房間剛好有一群人聊天聊得很晚，
凌晨會不時隱約地聽到大笑的聲音。

Pros:

I loved the breakfast buffet! It was an excellent spread and offered a wide variety of cuisines! I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a very well equipped gym!

PS: Shout-out to their bakery that definitely has permanent place in my heart!

Cons:

I don't particularly think that the fine dining restaurants were too great! Granted that I am a vegetarian and hence I could not sample much of the menu, however, what I did eat, didn't seem like it came from a fine dine!
