Important information:

- The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on 3/11/2025, 5/1/2026, 2/3/2026, 4/5/2026, 6/7/2026, 7/9/2026 and 2/11/2026 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.

- In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025, all hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and the Club Oasis.

Parking regulations:
− Enjoy free parking one car per room during stay
− For parking after check-out, an hourly fee of NT$70 will be charged

Club Oasis Fitness Center:
− Encompassing both indoor and outdoor facilities, Club Oasis Fitness Center is located on the 5th floor and is completed with the latest fitness equipment, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool.
− Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna.
− Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
− The fitness center opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
− Guests can use the room key to access the fitness center.
− Non-World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.

Oasis Spa:
− Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
− The spa center opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
− The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.

Uitstekend
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel, groot hotel, maar alles prima geregeld. Uitgebreid ontbijt. 3 a 4 minuten lopen naar de metro, super makkelijk. Lekker verwarmd buiten zwembad. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Our favorite hotel in Taipei!
Pros:

I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei many times, it is my hotel of choice when I visit the city. The staff, facilities, and the food at the cafe are all excellent. The location is convenient located next to Taipei 101, where we enjoyed food at the food court in the basement. We got a suite this time, instead of two separate bedrooms, which was nice to have the space to spread out, but still being together with the family.

Pros:

After staying many times, aways enjoying onsen and spacious suites with globalist suite upgrade awards, we had the most personal service at the cavernous delicious breakfast with Elsa in the window corner seats, wonderful service!

Another excellent stay
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Grand Hyatt Taipei, and it was another excellent experience.

The service was warm, professional, and consistently attentive. The location is fantastic and made getting around very convenient. My room was spotless, and housekeeping was always polite and did a great job keeping everything clean.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the club lounge was a wonderful place to relax with very attentive staff.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d happily return again.

Weekend Solo Trip
Pros:

I went to Taipei for my birthday weekend. They provided me an upgrade with the view of the Taipei 101. I did a spa day, which was really nice (jacuzzi, sauna, and massage). They also left me a desert in my room and a card that said Happy Birthday. I would definitely stay there again.

Front Desk Staff always warm welcome
Pros:

Nice location from Taipei 101 and Hangout Area by walk 5-7min, Staff very nice every time that I stay always got warm welcome .. Hotel lobby beautiful love it!!!

Pros:

I have not stayed at the hotel yet, so this review is limited to the reservation modification experience only.

I booked my stay for one week well in advance at a favorable rate. When I attempted to extend my reservation through the online system, the reservation was automatically repriced at a significantly higher rate.

Unfortunately, there was no clear notice or warning indicating that modifying the reservation would result in a full rate reset. Once the modification was confirmed, I was informed that no adjustments could be made.

I am sharing this feedback simply as a heads-up for future guests: if you need to make changes to your reservation, it may be safer to contact the hotel directly rather than modifying the booking online.
