Het ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid.
Heel gezellige lobby, met altijd gezellige muziek op de achtergrond.
Doorlopend gratis koffie en thee te verkrijgen daar.

Kamer is oke. Goede douche. Maar niet heel schoon
Bed is niet zo comfortabel en staat aan 1 zijde tegen de muur , lastig.
Veel geluid van de treinen.

The bedroom could have fit in my car. Only had 1 pillow. "Bathroom was so small I could barely turn around. In the hall the wallpaper was peeling and the staircase carpet was really old and worn.
The location, right behind the Train Station, was convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff at checkout was very courteous.
If you come in late (I arrived at 0300 due to a late train trip) - the hotel looks like a ghost-town, and once someone opens the door (which can take time), you are checked in, in near complete darkness. The room faced the tracks hence quite noisy. There were no blackout curtains, and the existing curtains were very thin, hence I couldn't sleep after daylight. One particular staff in the restaurant, was terrible. I reached breakfast just at closing time, hence picked something very light and small, in order not to interfere with the breakfast being cleared - this gentleman, first of all, hurried picking things up just as I was about to get them, and looked in an extremely rude manner - by far one of the worst hotel staff I have dealt with in hundreds of hotel nights around the world.
Great location. I enjoyed the water in the lobby and the breakfast.
The heavy down blankets were awful given that no top sheet or light blanket was available. My only option was to sleep in the equivalent of a sauna. I removed the duvet covers and used those as light sheets/blankets.
Het hotel huist in een art-decogebouw direct naast het station. Ideale locatie, alle highlights van de stad binnen loopafstand en anders goed bereikbaar met het ov van het station. Goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Hele kleine kamers en in de zomer heel erg warm (geen airco). Er is veel geluidsoverlast van de straat. Hotel geeft wel oordopjes.
I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit Copenhagen. I’ve only "cheated" on it once, but ultimately, I’ve chosen this small, historic hotel as my regular place to stay. There are three main reasons for this decision.
First, it’s located right in front of Copenhagen Central Station, which is a significant advantage — especially when you have to roll a heavy suitcase over cobblestones. Second, the buffet-style breakfast is excellent; a delicious meal in the morning puts me in a good mood for the entire day. Third, the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never encountered a grumpy staff member. The gentleman who has been the breakfast hall attendant for many years moves with agility, courtesy, and a pleasant demeanor.
Some people may find the sound of trains bothersome, but expecting perfect soundproofing in this historic hotel is simply unrealistic.
While I support efforts to reduce unnecessary services for environmental conservation, I would like to keep room trash disposal and replacing towels left on the shower floor as part of the standard daily service. Perhaps the requirement to request these services a day in advance should only apply to changing bed sheets and room cleaning.
Buona colazione, ottima posizione accanto alla stazione dei treni e a piedi in 10 minuti eravamo nella strada principale Stroget . albergo stile vintage ma con tutti i servizi e bagno in camera sufficientemente spazioso e con doccia grande. Essendo accanto alla stazione si sente il rumore dei treni. in camera ci sono i tappi per le orecchie, io non li ho usati, il rumore non era molto fastidioso, pensavo peggio.
letto un pò scomodo, soprattutto perchè da un lato appoggiato alla parete. non troppo soddisfatta del rapporto qualità/prezzo, forse il prezzo alto è dovuto alla posizione centrale.

Convenient position near Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy room and it was cramped for two people though still pricy. (I know Denmark is expensive).
