A disappointing stay with cramped space and a lack of even basic amenities, far below 4-star expectations.
Pros:

Only the bathroom. It was big enough, stylish, and clean.

Cons:

The room was very small, especially for a 4-star hotel. We were going to be charged for two small chocolate bars that we didn’t even see any price tags for. For a 4-star hotel, they could at least offer their customers a complimentary chocolate bar, right? There was no space to even open a suitcase and no tables to put anything on. Even basic amenities like toothpaste were not provided. This hotel should maybe be rated as a 2-star, not higher.

stunning design!
Pros:

The design features of the hotel were so thoughtful and well-curated! The bed was comfortable. The rooms were a good size.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't feel as comfortable as the other spaces. the carpet in the room needs an upgrade. some parts of the hotel felt dark.

Pros:

El detalle de la cuna para bebé, perfecta y con su juego de sábanas. Además nos pusieron una toalla extra para el bebé y había hervidor de agua. La habitación grande y limpia

Que solo hay un ascensor muy pequeño y en hora punta no hay prioridad para el carro del bebé. Estuvimos 15 minutos esperando con el bebé llorando para poder bajar el carro por el ascensor porque nadie lo dejaba libre

Excellent location and well appointed hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location and lovely staff. The room was very nicely decorated and generally clean.

Cons:

My main suggestion would be a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was quite cold (as there is no heating in there) which meant that our towels remained damp for the entire stay following our first shower. While we did on our penultimate day request a room clean, this appeared to be limited to refolding the bedding and the towels were not changed.
