Camere carine con bollitore e acqua
Ci hanno dato la culla gratis per il neonato
Ci hanno cambiato camera su richiesta perchè la prima era sporca e con odore strano

Cons:

La prima camera in cui siamo stati non era pulitissima e c’era un odore molto sgradevole
L’ascensore si bloccava ogni tanto durante i due giorni che siamo stati lì
Rapporto qualità prezzo- mi aspettavo meglio da un 4 stelle

disappointing in regards to the hotel

the room was minuscule and overlooked the backyard which was very loud due to rubbish and recycling bins being filled/emptied. One would expect for 400£ a night a much bigger room and better service

Świetny pobyt w dogodnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Bardzo dobre położenie, wszędzie blisko bez konieczności przemieszczania się metrem. Ogrody królewskie w zasięgu wzroku. Na przeciwko hotelu Studio x kitchen kultowe miejsce w Kopenhadze warte odwiedzenia.

Cons:

Woda malutkie butelki plastikowe niestety tylko pierwszego dnia, na dole na recepcji była w karafce dostępna ale w pokoju też by się przydała w szklanych butelkach wielorazowych.

Limpio y funcional, muy bien ubicado y personal amable, correcto en cuanto a servicios en general. Tiene ascensor, aunque es bastante estrecho.

Cons:

Escaso tamaño de habitación, al estilo "camarote" lo que desgraciadamente se debe llevar bastante en Copenhague, con lo que no hay armario, la segunda persona tiene que bajarse de la cama para que salga la primera etc.. Caro en general para los servicios, algo que desafortunadamente también es habitual en la ciudad.

ロケーションがよく観光にはどこへ行くにも便利でした。
とてもオシャレで洗練されたお部屋で快適でした。
全ての家具がデンマークらしい素敵なものだった。
スタッフも皆とても親切でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がなかったので(知らなかった)ホテルに到着前お土産に買っていた冷蔵のものが全てダメになり捨てる羽目になってしまった。冷蔵庫があればよかった。

洗面所にはものを置く場所が少なすぎたのも少し残念。
壁が薄いようで隣や外の音がすごく聞こえたのが気になった。(朝7時から工事の音で目覚めた)

Charged despite no stay, with zero flexibility or transparency
Pros:

Unfortunately, there was nothing we could say we liked about our experience. Due to a delay in our visa process, we were unable to travel and therefore never stayed at the hotel. We contacted the property in advance and tried to find a reasonable solution, such as changing the reservation dates, but they showed no flexibility or willingness to help. Since the stay never took place, we cannot comment on the rooms, location, cleanliness, facilities, or other aspects of the property. Our entire experience was limited to the communication and handling of the reservation, which left us extremely disappointed.

Cons:

This hotel’s approach to customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Due to a delay in our visa process, we requested either a cancellation or a change of dates, but both requests were rejected. Even though the stay never took place, they charged us approximately TRY 40,000. When we requested an invoice or receipt, they refused to provide any documentation and simply redirected us to Booking.com. Zero flexibility, zero willingness to find a solution, and zero transparency. Based on our experience, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Poor and tired property. Outrageously expensive ( over 400 euro per night) room smelled of dust. Bathroom minuscule. Curtains insufficient to darken the room. Small depressive room . Bed too hard. All in all terrible

Prettig hotel op een fijne locatie!
Pros:

Nette, schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, ideale locatie en genoeg faciliteiten zoals verhuur van fietsen. Zeker een aanrader!

Cons:

Niet duidelijk gecheckt dat er geen airco was. Gelukkig was het niet al te heet terwijl wij er waren, maar dat kan ook anders zijn in de zomer. Verder was de kamer heel kllein en werden er ook nog een stoel en een tafeltje ingezet, dat ziet er leuk uit, maar daardoor hadden we amper ruimte om onze koffers neer te zetten. Ook moesten we voor 09:00 een bordje aan de deur hangen voor de schoonmaak. Dat vonden wij erg vroeg en uiteindelijk werd ook niet 's ochtends de kamer schoongemaakt..
