The room is adequate and functional, the breakfast was good and the service overall was pleasant and helpful. Front desk reception was very helpful with my late night check-in and helped resolved a payment issue.
The pool wasn't very clean and the jacuzzi portion was the same temperature as the main pool.

Lo único que disfruté fue la piscina
La experiencia en el hotel no fue satisfactoria. Desde el inicio hubo inconsistencias con la habitación ofrecida, ya que reservé una habitación con cama doble y al llegar me encontré con dos camas sencillas.
En general, las instalaciones se perciben bastante antiguas y poco renovadas. El desayuno me pareció regular y las condiciones generales del hotel fueron muy irregulares. En el baño había una ventana desde donde se alcanzaban a ver cables y tubos del aire acondicionado, dando una sensación de descuido. Además, la batería sanitaria (inodoro y lavamanos) se veía bastante vieja.
En la habitación, las cortinas no cubrían completamente la ventana, lo que afectaba la privacidad y el descanso. Para completar, el televisor nunca funcionó durante la estadía.
Considero que el hotel necesita una mejora importante en mantenimiento, actualización de instalaciones y control de calidad para brindar una experiencia acorde a lo que se ofrece al huésped.

Los colchones de mala calidad, no dan cobijas, las sábanas delgadas, las palomas ensucian la piscina, no hay un menú de desayuno, simplemente te dan el desayuno y es poquito en comparación a otros hoteles que visite y las habitación olía mucho a humedad.

Room was excellent and breakfast and lunch was excellent as well. Staff was very friendly and there is a great atmosphere at the hotel
