Perfekte Lage, gutes Frühstück, zu kleines Zimmer und sehr reserviertes Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage extrem nah zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt war sehr positiv. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ eigentlich keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, das Bett stand an der einen Seite direkt an der Wand und war viel zu weich. Weder ein Schrank, noch irgend ein anderer Stauraum vorhanden.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately far below our expectations. First of all, the room was extremely small; there was absolutely not enough space for two people. There wasn’t even a wardrobe to store our belongings, so all of our things had to stay on the floor.

The bathroom was also so small that it was almost impossible to use. There was no room to move at all. In addition, the shower head was broken, making it very difficult to take a proper shower. There were also hygiene issues; the towels were only changed once in four days, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay.

Furthermore, our experience with the reception staff was quite negative. When we first asked if it was possible to get another room, one staff member said it might be possible. However, when we went down to the reception later, another staff member told us that no rooms were available. Even though we were told to go and check, no solution was offered when we returned.

Considering that we paid approximately 1500 dannish kroner for two nights, we believe the service did not justify the price at all. Overall, we are not satisfied with our stay and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
