Good, but a solf renovation would be great
Pros:

It is undoubtedly the place to be in Lund, but the hotel is slightly dilapidated and a soft renovation would be great.

Charming hotel
Pros:

Hub of activity in this historical college town. Old school charm. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Construction going on in the back of the hotel at time of our stay so check with desk

Fantastiskt läge på ett lite väl bedagat hotell.
Pros:

Läget var bra och personalen hjälpsam och rummet fräscht.

Cons:

Maten var inte av den klass man kan förvänta sig mig med tanke på hotellets antal stjärnor. Badrummet var löjligt litet och jag blev beklämd när jag såg hur slitna parkettgolven var i en del gemensamma lokaler.

Avoid - hotel cancels your booking if it can resell your room for more.
Pros:

After a long international journey I turned up at this hotel to be told my booking had been cancelled the day I booked it (two months before) and there was no availability.
At 8pm at night this was a seriously unfunny position to be in.
I checked with my corporate booking app and the booking was there for all week.
I had booked it months ago so had a very good rate.
I then called my corporate booking company and they confirmed that no authorisation to cancel was given from their end, to do so would have taken the booking from the system.
I then asked the hotel to forward me the email where cancellation was made - unsurprisingly they couldn’t provide it.
Later I discovered that there was a large NATO conference in the region and hotel prices were 3-5 times normal.
I won’t ever be booking with this hotel, ot any associated hotels again.
