A great place but past due date - need a shape-up in many ways.
Pros:

A classy hotel in a good location but in great need of a shape-up.
Looong check in time
Room not able to control temperature - hot night to say the least.
So-so breakfast assortment and staff did not clear tables, forgot to fill up e.g bread, hard to find staff to alert the promised personal omelette cook.
