Pros:

The Customer Service took my security deposit and refused to give my security deposit back, even when the room was clean when I left and instead of due to me, I’m requesting it due to emergency that I had to leave we couldn’t give my security deposit back, which makes me sick in my fucking stomach

Cons:

Apart from that, they never came into my home to clean up. They didn’t clean the room at all. I had to clean the room and they didn’t give me any breakfast. The whole time I was there and my kids didn’t eat any breakfast from them.

Had to ask for a room change because smoke smell so bad.
Room had holes in wall, very old and run down . Had to close my eyes to take a shower it was so old and rundown. Desperate need of upgrade.
