Staff tried to keep my deposit because I still had my purse on the table while loading my car at checkout and they were arguing with me and I had to call the police and they gave it to me right before they got there very unprofessional and scandalous

Very nice stay, great breakfast. Will stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very nice, mostly quiet, we had a bit of noise from the room above us but it quieted down around 10pm so it was okay. We loved that we had a door to the outside garden area because we were on the first floor. The garden area with the pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard for our taste. The gentleman that checked us in was not very approachable.

Besides the smoke smell my stay was alright.
Pros:

Locate was good. I was right off of the expressway.

Cons:

My room was a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. I guess with all the people hanging outside smoking it would.

The worst stay ever.

Nothing at all

Cons:

They didn’t have cleaning service they only give you one towel for a double room. Then you can’t get towels until after 10am.. phones in room didn’t work. Refrigerator wasn’t plugged up so it smelled bad. People was outside doing stuff that kids shouldn’t see so it’s very un appropriate for kids… the ac was not working properly. Then when I went to talk to the manager to tell him about my problems he gone say I didn’t talk to him very rude and swear him and one other dude was there which it was 4 of them behind the desk when I checked in. Bad experience in all I don’t recommend.

This place was terrifying. There were noticeable drug deals, prostitution and loud traffic in the parking lot the whole

That our vehicle was not vandalized. We never have to go back there again.

Cons:

This property was nothing as listed. Very unsettling atmosphere. The details provided in listing were inaccurate and false for the most part. Room was dirty, dated with extremely questionable activity all night long at the hotel. I did not get pictures as I just wanted to get out asap.
