Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhofsvorplatz gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstücksbufett, Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Komplett verdunkelbar. Gutes WLan. Frühstück bis 10:30.

Fijn hotel voor een weekendje Antwerpen
Pros:

Het hotel ligt naast het centraal station. Vanuit hier loop je zo naar het winkelcentrum, cafés, barretjes en restaurantjes, of stap je gemakkelijk op de bus/tram. Ook de auto parkeer je dichtbij (onder het hotel) in Qpark Astridplein. Daarnaast staat er in de ochtend een goed ontbijt klaar.

Cons:

De sfeer in de kamer is heel aangenaam en leuk ingericht, maar de verlichting mag feller. In de avond uren of met de gordijnen dicht heb je geen goed licht om bijvoorbeeld je make-up te doen of je even te scheren/epileren.

Mooie, schone kamer op toplocatie.
Pros:

De ligging. Enorm dicht bij de zoo, concertgebouw en het station. Aan de rand van het bruisende centrum. Alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

De gehorigheid. Zaterdagnacht was er een bar in de buurt open en de muziek was enorm hard te horen.

Cons:

Nachdem wir bereits eingecheckt hatten und auf dem Weg zum Aufzug waren, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich abgefangen, weil wir einen Hund dabeihatten. Weder auf Booking noch auf der Website des Hotels war klar ersichtlich, dass Hunde nicht erlaubt sind. Dass Hunde nicht erlaubt sind, ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, hier hatte man allerdings eher das Gefühl, dass Hunde im Haus generell unerwünscht sind. An der Rezeption wurden wir regelrecht angeblafft. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und uns wurde nicht Gefühl vermittelt, dass das Team die Situation bedauert und hilfreich lösen wollte.

Fijne centrale ligging & schoon
Pros:

Centrale ligging, fijn personeel en goed schoon.

Cons:

Veel te warme kamer door verwarming en kleine omvang, daardoor met raam open moeten slapen maar door de ligging in het centrum was er te veel omgevingsgeluid. Daardoor dus alsnog slecht geslapen.

Pros:

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer lag aan de achterkant van het hotel, waardoor het er heerlijk rustig was. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en de kamer was netjes en verzorgd.

Het ontbijt was echt een grote plus. Het aanbod was uitgebreid, met onder andere verse sapjes, eieren en zelfs de mogelijkheid om zelf wafeltjes te bakken. Dat maakte het ontbijt net dat beetje specialer.

Alles samen heeft het hotel volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Zeker een aanrader!
