Pros:

O hotel é muito charmoso, sobretudo pra um hotel de rede. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito funcional. E o banheiro é ótimo, incluindo o banho. O café da manhã é excelente e vale a pena pra quem gosta de comer culturas diversas. A internet funciona bem. Em resumo, recomendo muito.

Cons:

O localização tem uma polêmica. A cidade é BEM segura. É grande, mas segura. Andamos tarde, já no escuro, e tudo suave. Mas o entorno do hotel não é o melhor. Em CONTRAPARTIDA fica ao lado da estação e pra quem viaja de trem é MUITO confortável. Finalizando: vale.

Great location, breakfast and value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fruits, cheeses, meat, and pastry. The location is very close to the train station and zoo, as well as public transportation. The shower is super and even includes hair conditioner (I rarely see this in hotels).

Cons:

I was in a room on the first floor facing an inner porch and dining area. I had to close the curtain in the evening for privacy and that did not allow sunlight to enter the room.

Pros:

Pulizia accurata, stanza e bagno accoglienti. Staff gentilissimo. Deposito bagagli. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi centro storico, stazione centrale, stazione bus navetta aeroporti Bruxelles. Stazione metro e numerose fermate tram sotto l’hotel. Supermercato accanto all’ingresso dell’hotel, numerosi ristoranti e caffetterie nelle vicinanze.

Everything we wanted
Pros:

Very good in all respects, we'd definitely stay again. Right near the train station (awesome) with trams on the doorstep. Lovely decor, good facilities, helpful staff and reasonably prices. A lovely base for our holiday.

Pros:

Great location, close to trams and magnificent train station. Stylish but comfortable and well designed. Quiet and lovely beds. Fluffy dressing gowns and good air con. Ideal in the hot weather. Very helpful staff. We'd stay again.

Well located near the Antwerp Central train station . Decor was nice and bar/dining area very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and all staff smiling and helpful.

Cons:

Lack of management available to address problems leaving reception staff unsupported. Lack of available maintenance staff to fix faulty window making it extremely noisy.
