Pros:

Gutes Stadthotel und gut gelegen. Wir haben alles zu Fuß besuchen können.
Das Zimmer ist winzig, aber da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren hat uns das nicht gestört.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur der Preis... Aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Kopenhagen ist der ja noch harmlos.

It was the second time we stayed here, and it ws very nice.
Pros:

Very good location - nearby all major city-center locations. The breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly and room service excellent!

Cons:

Could be better sound-isolation.

NOUS REVIENDRONS !
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro et des principaux monuments et lieux de visites. Nous avons visité la ville exclusivement à pied (environ 15 km/jour).
Le petit déjeuner est très bien garni avec du sucré et du salé (servi entre 7h et 10h).

Cons:

L’établissement est peu insonorisé. Nous entendions beaucoup nos voisins de chambre ainsi que le métro. Toutefois, des paires de boules caisses sont mises gratuitement à disposition par l’établissement

Great hotel great service
Pros:

Good location 10 minutes walk to Tivoli.
Exceptional breakfast. They had a special corner for gluten-free options. This made me really happy 😊.
Good coffee in the room . Also there is cacao which my kids like , also complimentary chocolates.
The staff is kind and helpful. I asked for an iron and i got it immediately with an ironing desk.

Cons:

My concern is the really small room for 4 people. For 2, it would be great. When the sofa is made into a bed, there is no room for walking. And another thing was the very soft mattress. I think in hotels it's better to arrange an average softness for beds. It was too uncomfortable to sleep.
