disappointing

We have been wanting to stay at this hotel for some time now so we finally said let’s do it! So we get there and everything’s going great my card goes through just fine when I was on the internet booking it so didn’t think anything of it. And then he begins to tell us he will charge my card 100 dollars for incidentals. And then as I began to tell him I only had the 150+ for the room that was it , and that no where on the webisute does it tell you they will be charging you this “just another way to take money out of your pocket” charge!! And 100 is a little steep don’t ya think? I’ve never understood these incidental charges I mean we are already paying way too much for the room and then you add that on top and they always say oh you’ll get it back! Well maybe! As long as I didn’t use the towel to take my mascara off or if I left a towel at the pool!! Yup these are real reasons I have had my incidental kept! And the staff just pockets it so of course they love to collect those they’d make more than their hourly wage wage in a three hours!! But back to my checking in.. he ended up saying he’d wave the incidental for us which we were so grateful for we were so happy and then he hit me with oh this card is Varo oh yeah we can’t take this card ok well that’s the only card I have and the internet took it just fine and this too was not listed on the website!! So he said he’d take the incidental off because he knew he couldn’t honor it because of the card I was using! So yeah he won that one!! So to make my story short we never were able to enjoy the room or enjoy the hotel !! We were absolutely bummed!! We literally have been dying to stay here!!

Cons:

It looks like it can use some updating. Carpets need replaced. It looks like a lot of doors need replaced. It looked like people tried to kick in doors. Dents and dings on them.

Do not stay here as they’re frauds
Pros:

Frauds. Do not give ur cards to them as deposit as they will debit u even post u leave .. I got debited 19 usd plus 20 usd without my knowledge and there is no explanation..

We got stuck in Salt Lake overnight unexpectedly. It was convenient.
