Cerca del aeropuerto,

Cons:

Reserve 2 habitaciones con 2 camas cada una, éramos 4 mujeres, me dijeron que tenía reservada solo una, era tarde y dormimos apiñadas. Y lo peor, que me cobraron las dos….

Pratique et confortable.
Pros:

Navettes fréquentes pour relier l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Chambre confortable. Un bon hôtel pour une nuit d'escale.

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain laissait un peu à désirer (savon déjà utilisé par le précédent occupant par exemple).

Decent place to spend a night before a cruise
Pros:

The transportation shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient and appreciated The food in the sports bar was pretty good. They have happy hour available in the sports bar. The pool is decent sized.

Cons:

The hot tub was cold. One of the entrées ordered in the sports bar was not cooked with the rest of our parties order. They apologized for the oversight, but the person whose entrée was missing opted not to wait for it to be cooked while the rest of our party was finishing up. The happy hour prices served at the sports bar was apparently not applicable if you chose to take your drink outside to drink it on the back patio area. And one of the bartenders was rude and seemed overly stressed when it got busy she was not particularly friendly nor professional.

Confortable y práctico para la noche previa a tomar un vuelo
Pros:

Check In y Check Out muy ágiles, practico y sin complicaciones.
Habitación silenciosa y con buen espacio.
Confort de la habitación.
Estacionamiento con disponibilidad cercano a la puerta.
Amabilidad del personal de recepción

Cons:

Valor un poco elevado para no incluir estacionamiento gratuito.
Transfer no era con buena frecuencia lo cual nos hizo mantener el auto hasta tomar el vuelo en la madrugada.

Cons:

Front desk staff member Seija. She had the worst attitude when I asked her a question. She then pretended that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I admit it was crowded with people who were waiting in rooms but I only wanted to know where my name was on the list. I waited patiently and ate breakfast during the three (3) hour wait. I only asked for information that was right at her fingertips. Instead she lied and said they were only checking in people who requested a King bed. I was waiting on double queen beds. I watched people with families receiving rooms before I got up to ask a question.
I won’t stay here again. Staff needs to have integrity and honesty in representing the Hilton brand.
