I'd return but only to stay on ground level.

Pros:

Big room ,bed was ok.
Hot tub bath was kind of nice .
Good location .

Cons:

Kind of run down .
Lamps in room didn't work .
TV in bedroom not working correctly .
Lack of lighting controls .
Front desk woman ,was very rude when we asked to check in a bit early.
2nd check in lady was ok.
Same 1st woman was there at checkout and equally rude in the morning .
Breakfast was awful and not replenished as guests were eating ,so nothing left by 8:35am.
Could be better with extensive remodel and better employees .
Did not feel welcomed at all.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I reserve two rooms. One was a closet size and one was a suite. I found that unacceptable. The towels were paper thin as well

Checking in was easy and friendly

Cons:

There was not adequate coffee supplied in the room. I went to the front desk to request what I needed. The gentleman I spoke with at the front desk was rude.

wonderful
Pros:

when i drove by earlier in the day i thought oh no that is where we are staying. Not good curb appeal but inside was perfect. SUPER clean and well maintained. Breakfast was awesome and i will definitely stay here again

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Not worth the price if the room. When I booked no mention of extra fee for dog. Room's whirlpool tub was horrible. Wall was thin heard persons tv all night long couldn't sleep. I won't be booking with booking.com anymore.
