I really liked the proximity to downtown and breakfast was well stocked. Parking was great
Needs a good remodeling and better communication between staff. I received a text message prompting to check in before arriving and in that check in they offer several accommodations. We chose the late 1:00 pm check out and paid extra. When we arrived the staff member had no clue about that text message so i had to show him on my phone and I asked him that if it was okay to check out at 1:00 he said everything was good to go. The following day we were getting ready to check out it was approximately 12:00 when we received a call from the front, phone didn’t work so staff came to knock at the door. She started with “are you checking out today?” So I let her know we had requested the late check out since we arrived. This was uncomfortable as it made us feel like we had done something wrong. When we checked out the staff member did apologize and said she didn’t know. This isn’t a deal breaker and staff were not rude but it was an uncomfortable experience and I think renovating the hotel/updating their technology and better communication would solve these issues. Bathroom ceiling is cracking and accessible handles were loose.
The room looked clean
Room smelled strongly of breakfast food through the whole two days we were there. Pool area was very dirty on chairs and floors.
Location was excellent for our purpose. Breakfast was surprisingly good - green chile?! The bed was very comfortable.

Smooth check in
I am handicapped and requested ground floor no stairs. But, they put me on the 2nd floor anyway.
Big room ,bed was ok.
Hot tub bath was kind of nice .

Lamps in room didn't work .
TV in bedroom not working correctly .
Lack of lighting controls .
Front desk woman ,was very rude when we asked to check in a bit early.
2nd check in lady was ok.
Same 1st woman was there at checkout and equally rude in the morning .
Breakfast was awful and not replenished as guests were eating ,so nothing left by 8:35am.
Could be better with extensive remodel and better employees .
Did not feel welcomed at all.
The beds were very comfortable
I reserve two rooms. One was a closet size and one was a suite. I found that unacceptable. The towels were paper thin as well
