Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, price was great, staff were exceptional. The bathroom was wonderful and easy for my less mobile mother to access.

Cons:

I would have preferred for parking to be free and more clearly indicated.

Beautiful clean room- elegant hotel lobby

Cons:

Went to check in at 3:40 - 40 mins after the normal check in time - they told me room wasn’t ready and they would go and check how long it was going to be and to take a seat and they would come and speak to me. I took a seat and waited half hour before returning to the desk where they then simply said oh I’ll check you in now. Felt this could have been dealt with better
