Staff were grand, hotel clean, very nice stay.
Pros:

Grand neighborhood location. Quite a nice place.

Cons:

We struggled with the windows on the 3rd floor ceiling. However a fan was brought to us on short notice, so a big plus.

Very good location, the staff could do with cheering up a bit!
Pros:

The rooms are clean & well appointed, the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

The £10 parking charge that has been introduced is ridiculous & the fact that the car park is so empty tells its own tale.
My room was right beside some loud air extractor hoods that were mounted on a flat roof.

Took 30 mins in a queue to check in. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm. Service in the restaurant was terrible. We waited far too

Voorzieningen en lokatie aan de rand van het centrum.

Cons:

Brandalarm wat midden in de nacht af ging. Volgende dag hoorde we pas dat het loos alarm was.

Had a brilliant stay at The Malone Hotel! A huge shoutout to Robert at the reception—such an energetic and ever-smiling young man. His warm welcome set the perfect tone for the trip. Always great to chat with a passionate All Blacks supporter, too! Excellent service all round, will definitely be back."
