A well located hotel with very friendly staff and great service
Pros:

Well located property in nice area.
We had a top floor room with lovely views which was most appreciated.
Room was a good size and clean although the rooms needs some modernisation and would suggest replace the aging carpet with a hard wood floor.
Shower was fine although being in a bath does increase the risk of falling.
Restaurant was good and would suggest a broader menu with great range of dishes.
Housekeeping was excellent and indeed the staff generally were fantastic and very professional.
There is an excellent supermarket - FOTEX just off the property which is very handy and great for milk and food etc. The fridge in the room is very handy.
It is very much a student town and adds to the vibrancy.

Cons:

Everything was fine just due for some renewal of the rooms

God beliggenhed men dårlig service af personalet.
Pros:

Beliggenheden. Baren lavede nogle gode drinks og personalet der var flinke.

Cons:

Check-in fungeret ikke ret godt. Vi brugte den skærm der stod man kunne bruge, men blev ikke oplyst op kode til parkering. Da vi henvendte os til personalet blev vi mødt af en spids dame, der hjalp os men ikke særlig venligt. Vi havde booket en værelse med to enkelt senge, da vi kommer til vores værelse er det med en stor seng. Vi ringer og forklare det, og de virker bare irriterende. Vi får et andet værelse, men ikke en undskyldning for fejlen. På det nye værelse er vi placeret længere nede og med dårligere udsigt. Der er ikke fyldt op af showet gel på badeværelse.

L’hôtel offre tout le nécessaire et les avantages pour un séjour dans la ville d’Aarhus.
Pros:

La situation à deux pas du centre,la proximité du centre de congrès .Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel agréable

Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny budynek. Obsługa sympatyczna. W pokojach czysto. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. W hotelu bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i duży parking dla samochodów, dla nas to duży plus.

Cons:

W jednym z dwóch wynajętych pokoi brakowało mydła pod prysznicem i dostępny był tylko jeden duży ręcznik kąpielowy na dwie osoby oraz dwa mniejsze do rąk.

One of the front desk agents who cared for us later in the check in process was lovely and accommodating, but their trainee at first needs additional training.

Cons:

Awful checkin with very unaccommodating front desk trainee agent. We had in advanced asked if we could have an early checkin in just one of our 4 rooms - to leave luggage and to quickly change for a big family event, not actually use the room. The kind answer before in writing was that they would do the utmost to accommodate this. It was almost ridiculous how this request was being handled at checkin when we arrived at the hotel. The trainee was insistent that we would use the disabled toilet for this. Finally she insisted we paid additional for having a room, and after a long debacle leaving us utterly frustrated that was what happened. Despite all this nonsense the hotel didn't seem to actually charge us the amount after all. Thanks for that, but a little more sense should have gone into our first meeting! It ruined the whole impression of your hotel Later when we checked in to the additional rooms, one of the rooms were not cleaned after the previous guest!!!!!!
