Pros:

checkin was smooth and quick

Cons:

the swimming pool was closed due to construction which was not advertised on the website or booking website. I chose the hotel because of the availability of the pool.

Great hotel in Eindhoven
Pros:

I got an upgrade. My room looked by renovated, it was beautiful, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, an very delicious and large breakfast. Located close to the city center and PSV stadium. Very friendly staff, although I had a feeling they were sometimes too busy during peak hours.

Cons:

Hotel prices and parking prices are expensive these days.

Een beetje teleurgesteld
Pros:

Goede service. Kleine compensatie gekregen vanwegen de gesloten zwembad

Cons:

Erg oud en vies. Zwembad was gesloten maar op de kamer Netflix kijken was ook niet mogelijk. Badkamer was vies en super oud. Föhn wordt gloeiend heet. Gordijnen waren half dimmend waardoor er nog teveel licht doorheen kwam.

Gastvrijheid receptie. Veel vragen gesteld rondom pakeren etc. Bleven erg behulpzaam. Fijn! Ook humor en grapje. Prettige mensen.

Niks. Extra dekentje in kast was prettig.
