Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Always available. Location super as it is just a few minutes walk from the station. They have a nice dinner and drinks card. Rooms are well protected against traffic noise.

Cons:

The WiFi was free available but it's not a safe one.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed, central location, stocky and healthy breakfast, sauna open until 22pm and swimming pool 23pm

Forest viewside will give you good forest views and nice sun rises but city view will have rhe sunset

Goed hotel dicht bij het centrum
Pros:

Correcte nette kamer met alle nodige faciliteiten. Het hotel is goed gelegen, dichtbij het centrum van Eindhoven.

Cons:

Het was druk aan de incheckbalie, waardoor er even gewacht moest worden. Maar dat is ook een goed teken dat het gezellig druk is.

Again a great stay.
Pros:

Again a great stay, a bit stressy with the traffic getting there, maybe wrong timing.. also an important street was blocked. Oh, and 35C in May is not quite normal either.. Receptionist was nice and understanding, room was great, a bit warm, but airco did its best. Close to everything you need, parking is great, even with a bigger car.

Cons:

Some news channels not working, but still enough to choose from.

Cons:

Ground floor room facing the car park, so quite noisy at night from cars/motor bikes and hearing people talking. Swimming pool was quite mouldy, no USB sockets near the bed, so remember to take your chargers.

Hotel com uma localização excelente para visitar o centro da cidade. Excelentes condições, diversos serviços, atendimento dentro do esperado e relação preço qualidade aceitável.

Cons:

Do quarto colocado à nossa disposição. O mesmo ficava ao lado de um parque de estacionamento, uma vez que estávamos ao nível do rés do chão, o que originou passarmos uma noite em constante sobressalto devido à entrada e saída dos carros do referido parque com muitas pessoas a ficarem em conversa fora dos carros impossibilitando de termos uma noite descansada. Dei conhecimento do sucedido na receção tendo o funcionário se prontificado para nos mudar de quarto. Deixei contudo registado que aquele espaço em concreto NÃO DEVERIA SER USADO COMO QUARTO DE HÓSPEDES.

One of the staff left a bad impression

Clean and comfortable room with all amenities.
Not far from the Centraal Station.
Quiet and peaceful location.
Good facilities, gym was fantastic.
Romy at the reception during check-in was extremely professional and helpful.

Cons:

While Romy at the counter during check-in was extremely polite and helpful, while checking out I experienced a very unprofessional behaviour by Carolina. She encouraged a person to jump queue (who was waiting in the adjacent queue), and made me wait for just a simple check-out for more than five minutes. I even mentioned to her that no one should jump queues, but she didn’t pay any heed, she defended what she is doing is right.
This experience left a bad impression and I don’t intend to come to this hotel anymore.

Kamers zijn okey en zwembad verdiend meer aandacht.
Pros:

de hotel kamer was elke dag netjes opgemaakt.
de sportschool was goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

De hygiëne in het zwembad met de schimmel was niet fijn om in te zwemmen. Terwijl jullie een hotel zijn met vier sterren het was een beetje een teleurstelling. Hopelijk wordt hier verbetering ingebracht voor de volgende gasten van dit hotel.
