糟糕透頂的住宿，我從Booking網站上訂房，酒店依不會百分之百跟網站照片一樣為由跟了我大小差非常多的房間。網站顯示的是他們的高級雙人房，他們把責任推卸給Booking 、我要求換房後，隔天出門發現外套遺落在原先的住房中。跟櫃檯反應說沒發現結果原來是被清潔工作人員當作垃圾丟棄，你們四星級飯店員工專業度如此不足，一個完好掛在衣櫃的大衣怎麼會被當作垃圾？
拿回外套，上面早已沾滿咀嚼完畢被丟棄的口香糖，我跟櫃台反應，不求任何邏輯只跟我說清潔人員說丟掉的時候已經沾上口香糖。
忍無可忍我要求立刻退房原定三晚的住宿只住了一天，到現在離入住日期已超過一個禮拜，Booking 以及格拉本酒店尚未退回我後兩晚的住宿。
上述全是事實沒有任何虛假謊言，要訂房的人我建議你看完這則留言再好好想想，要不要下定這間飯店來承擔可能毀掉旅行的風險。

This was a terrible stay. I booked through Booking.com. The hotel claimed that the room would not be 100% the same as the photos on the website and gave me a room that was much smaller and very different from what was shown. The website displayed their Superior Double Room. They shifted the responsibility to Booking.com.

After I requested to change rooms, the next day when I went out, I realized I had left my coat in the original room. I informed the front desk, and they said they did not find it. Later, it turned out that a cleaning staff member had thrown it away as garbage. This is a four-star hotel—how can the staff be so unprofessional? How can a perfectly fine coat hanging in the wardrobe be treated as trash?

When I got the coat back, it was already covered in discarded chewing gum. I reported this to the front desk. They did not provide any reasonable explanation and only said that the cleaning staff claimed it already had chewing gum on it when it was thrown away.

I could not tolerate it anymore and demanded to check out immediately. I originally booked three nights but only stayed one. It has now been over a week since my check-in date, and neither Booking.com nor Hotel Graben has refunded the remaining two nights.

Everything stated above is factual and contains no falsehoods. If you are considering booking this hotel, I suggest you read this review carefully and think about whether you are willing to take the risk of having your trip ruined.

I totally recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Phenomenal location for exploring Vienna by foot. The property has old world charm, the staff is very professional and attentive and the restaurant is excellent. Plus you’re in close proximity to other cafes and restaurants. I found the bed very comfortable, and the room very quiet and dark for sleeping soundly.

Cons:

I honestly have zero dislikes.

Otel Stephan Platzın göbeğinde. Yani gezip görülmesi gereken her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz, muhteşem bir konumu var. Resepsiyonda Türkçe konuşan çok tatlı bir bayan bizi karşıladı. Diğer çalışanlar da aynen çok ilgili ve naziklerdi. Biz 2 kişi konakladık ve oda gayet yeterliydi. Tam bir fiyat/ performans oteli.
