The location is excellent walk everywhere, especially to the Hofburg Palace, where we attended the Ball, the churches and restaurants all close by perfect location. We loved it there.

The rooms were a bit small, but that’s what you can expect in a city

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch nicht bei Unverträglichkeiten.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind nicht super modern im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels aber auch nicht alt.

Incredible Location and Service. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional in the lead up to the stay. I had booked and prepaid for two rooms for the wrong nights and they worked with me to fix my issue.

The location is absolutely INSANE. Literally 20 steps from the Graben pedestrian street and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Breakfast was great and so was the service.

I can’t recommend it more!

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Only minor issue is that other guests were really loud when they came back from the new years festivities - but that isn’t the hotel’s fault at all.
