Pros:

breakfast was good. room was clean

Cons:

the desk chair in the room was broken. The water pressure was weak. the fridge was not real cold and unstable. facilities look like in need of repair or remodeling..at least on our floor.

Great value in a great location.
Pros:

Location was really great- could walk to great restaurants, coffee and pastry shops. Very near a couple of museums and parks. The staff were incredibly helpful and responded to inquiries almost immediately. Very high marks for them!

Cons:

There was an overabundance of (feral?) cats around the property such that the apartment smelled a bit of cat spray... keeping the windows open was very helpful.

Decent facilities with great breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Central location to our planned activities. Easy parking. Quiet.

Cons:

Housekeeping! Every three days is not enough for towels. Specifically requested service and it wasn’t done. Showers were very weak. Lighting not bright enough in living area and bedroom.

I would not stay there again
Pros:

The breakfast was gross. I don't think the eggs were real. We only ate at the hotel once because it was not good.

Cons:

The hotel is run down and needs repair. Carpets look dirty and there is a smell about the place.

Nice hotel, pretty setting
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft and warm enough. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was good. There were several choices of hot and cold food to choose from. I loved the fact that you had the small lake and fountains full and functioning again. The manager told us we could have some friends from our gathering across the street on the patio after our function was over. This was nice, although we didn't end up using it. The location was very convenient for our gathering at Tivoli Gardens across the street. We have stayed here before for other functions at Tivoli Gardens since we live out of town. Our room before was wonderful (not a handicap room.)

Cons:

We were put in a handicap room, which I DIDN'T ASK FOR AND DIDN'T WANT. We have stayed there before and the set up of the room was great. I hated the 1/2 closet and no breakfast bar in the kitchen part of the room .There 'was not anyone at the registration desk for about 10 minutes when we were checking in. Other people in the lobby said "she's getting ice." When we were checking out the same thing- we had to call for someone to see if anyone was there. Then she told us we booked through a 3rd party, so we didn't need to check out and we wouldn't be getting a receipt from Windmill Suites because we should have already have gotten a receipt from Booking.com. Good to know. I think the hotel may be a little overpriced.

Als Zwischenstopp (bei uns auf dem Weg nach Palm Springs von Flagstaff kommend) super gelegen und Preis/Leistung super.
