- det fanns en AC, men den gick inte att sätta på, så det blev alldeles för varmt
- få, och små, kuddar i sängen
- duschdörren gick inte att stänga ordentligt
- ingen extra handduk att lägga på golvet som konsekvens av att duschdörren inte gick att stänga
- vi sa till om laktosfri mjölk och yoghurt. Det skulle inte vara något problem. Men personalen missade uppenbarligen, och det fanns inget laktosfritt. När vi frågade blev vi avsnästa med att morgonpersonalen inte hade fått reda på det. Men det är ju inte vårt problem. Alla kan göra missar, men man kan ju åtminstone vara trevlig när det har hänt

Bra bemötande från personalen, men boendet levde tyvärr inte upp till förväntningarna med tanke på pris och skick.
Pros:

Personalen ringde tillbaka när vi inte hittade någon på plats, vilket uppskattades. Boendet har sannolikt varit mycket fint tidigare och läget var bra.

Cons:

Rummet upplevdes som slitet och städningen behöver förbättras. Det fanns skräp på golvet, dammiga lister, fläckiga väggar och skrynkliga sängkläder. Flera saker var trasiga eller fungerade inte, bland annat lampan vid badrumsspegeln, stolen vid skrivbordet, rumstemperaturgivaren och handdukstorken. Eluttaget satt löst i väggen. Soffan var sliten och uteplatsernas stenläggning behövde rensas och städas. Med tanke på priset var förväntningarna betydligt högre.

Trevligt, mysigt och avkopplande!
Pros:

Fint beläget en bit ifrån Båstad. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Frukostbuffén och miljön var väldigt fin. Plus fick den uppvärmda poolen och att den var öppen hela tiden.
Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
