The apartment is quite small, especially when the sofa bed is opened. There is no air conditioning, only a small fan. And the shower door seal needs to be replaced because water leaks onto the bathroom floor. The curtain rod is broken, so we had to use a chair to keep the curtain in place. Also, the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

I reported that the sink plug was missing, and I even had to fill an online form and everything, but it was never fixed during our stay. The couch was also in bad condition and it should be changed. Also, be aware that there is no staff on-site. Everything is handled digitally via WhatsApp Business or email, so you have to read through different communicatios, one for each service you hire (crib, parking, stay) to figure out how to access the garage, throw away trash, and check in.

Not dark enough to sleep at night

Gavome ne tokį kambarį, kurį užsisakėme. Tokį, kurį gavome, nebuvo net nuotraukose. Prašėme pakeisti, gavome tik atsiprašymą, tačiau patiems paprašius kompensacijos, ji buvo suteikta.

Kambaryje užrašas nerūkoma, tačiau jautėsi rūkalų kvapas. Buvo karšta kambariuose, nepaisant dviejų mažų stalinių ventiliatorių. Nėra kondicionieriaus. Langas atidarytas, tik anksti rytais buvo girdimas triukšmas.
Sofos šonas nulūžęs, purvina dekoratyvinė pagalvėlė. Gulint sofoje labai jautėsi spyruolės.

Nėra nei arbatos, kavos, cukraus ar druskos, aliejaus. Taip pat be papildomų išlaidų naudotis skalbyklę neįmanoma, nes nėra skalbimo miltelių. Visus juos pirkti iš savininko už 30 eur yra labai neracionalu.

The host's expectations to clean up after ourselves is a little bit odd. We would have done so anyway, but demanding guests to take the rubbish out and wash the dishes or face an additional cost goes against the whole idea of staying outside of home.

Unfortunately the issues with the apartment are things that cannot be changed/instantly fixed. If you value having any sleep I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a great location and good amenities, unfortunately I can't because I just didn't get any sleep at all during my stay.

The hotel was EXTREMELY WARM, my mini thermometer said around 25c at night, there is no AC in the hotel. This meant we had to have the windows open in order to get any air in at all, but unfortunately both nights of our stay there were people screaming outside until past 4am. The first night the police even came to arrest someone. It meant that during the night it became a dance of having the window open until the screaming started, closing it, overheating and waking up and repeating the cycle.

The first night we arrived we did ask if there was a fan available. The communication with the hotel was extremely fast and friendly - no faults at all there! However they were only able to leave the fan with us the next day which meant one extremely hot night. When the fan did arrive it was a tiny table fan and was absolutely filthy with dust. Unfortunately being a tiny table fan it didn't do much to cool down the room the whole night, and again we couldn't have the window open because of people screaming and shouting outside until past 4am. I guess it's just the neighbourhood, unfortunately not anything the hotel can change.

Although the hotel was clean, when we went to use the utilities to cook, we found that every bowl, spoon, knife, cooking pot etc had crusted food leftovers on them in some capacity. Not the end of the world but not great.

The main problem is that the hotel is unbearably warm so keep that in mind if you book this place during summer. We would actually gladly come back during colder months but we left our two night stay with around 5 hours sleep total.

We rented the apartment with three adults as advised and the sofa bed is an absolute torture instrument and creaks like crazy when you move in the slightest. I know it's Sweden but it was unbearable during the heatwave so we bought an airbed but i didn't get decent sleep during my entire stay as there's an AC panel on the wall which seems more decorative and didn't cool the apartment down at all

Vi ville titta på två vm matcher i fotboll Sverige Japan och Frankrike Norge. Tv fungerade ej. Ringde Apartdirect flera gånger utan resultat. Till sist fick jag veta att tvn skulle bytas ut. Som trogen kund hos Booking.com känner jag mig lurad. Önskar kompensation ekonomiskt. Har framfört detta till Booking.com.
