Hoyel de gran tamaño pero que atienden de forma personalizada, buen restaurante y buen café al inter

Cuando llegamos al hotel comimos en la noche con muy buenos platos y rico desayuno, la ubicación es buena para caminar hasta el centro y esta pegado a un centro comercial con buena calidad, destacamos el servicio ya que mi señora estaba con un fuerte resfriado y el front desk Bryan (estudiante de medicina 6 año) con su jefa, llamaron a un servicio medico gratuito, que llegaron al hotel, una doctora examino a mi señora y administraron remedios inmediatamente pudiendo sentirse mucho mejor, muy agradecidos

Excelente hotel y servicio.

Gracias a Andrés en la recepción por su disposición y ayuda.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante Ébano, deficiente. La comida fue servida quemada y posteriormente cruda (era pollo). Los precios son desproporcionados en comparación con la calidad y sabor de la comida.

La oferta de desayuno es muy variada y cuidadosa. Gran servicio

El servicio de mesa del restaurante, fue muy satisfactorio. Es una pena la experiencia de la comida.

Pros:

Desayuno increíble como siempre. El personal de restaurante ebano fue maravilloso al igual que la comida.

Cons:

Puede ser mejor la atención del personal del restaurante donde se toma el desayuno al igual que el personal de atención en el counter de check in.
