De faciliteiten zijn ok, maar de service laat te wensen over
Pros:

De faciliteiten zijn over het algemeen goed voor een hotel van die klasse. Het restaurant is ok en er is een, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het hotelpersoneel en met name het management heeft een boek te leren over hospitality. Wij hadden een lekkende airco zodanig dat de kamer vol water stond. Het was zogezegd gerepareerd maar 10 minuten erna was de boel alweer aan het lekken. Na een derde incident waarbij we midden in de nacht in plassen water moesten lopen in de kamer had ik aan de receptie gezegd dat het moest gefixt worden of een andere kamer moest geregeld worden tegen de namiddag, als we terug waren van onze uitstap. Ik vroeg ook het management te spreken, verschillende keren, maar die "waren er nooit". Toen we in de namiddag terugkwamen wist de receptie van niets. Na veel bellen werd ons verzekerd dat het probleem definitief opgelost was. Toen we na het diner laat in de avond op de kamer kwamen stond alles weer onder water. Pas toen werd ons een ander kamer aangeboden. Het was laat en we waren doodmoe dus we vroegen om een vlugge herstelling omdat we niet laat op de avond al onze bagage wilden inpakken om te verhuizen. Management gaf weer niet thuis. Tijdens de nacht moesten we alles vol handdoeken leggen omdat het lek alsmaar erger werd. Uiteindelijk kregen we dan 's ochtends toch een nieuwe kamer, maar nog steeds geen management, geen excuses, niets. We kregen wel een suite. Technische problemen kunnen natuurlijk voorkomen, maar de manier waarop ik als klant behandeld ben vond ik onacceptabel. Telkens moest ik alles opnieuw uitleggen en er kon op geen enkel moment een verontschuldiging vanaf. Mensen verstopten zich achter elkaar en het management was compleet onzichtbaar. Ook geen compensatie voor het ongemak op de beter kamer na de laatste 2 dagen van onze week verblijf. Er moet veel geleerd worden daar, want nu is het 5 sterren hotel met een 2 sterren service.

Comfortable stay in the city center for a reasonable price.

Its central location with an adjacent commercial/shopping center us excellent. The free, on-site parking was very useful.

Excelente opción en Pereira, buen nivel.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, trato muy amable. El hotel tiene muy buen nivel, limpio, bien insonorizado, es grande y con diversos servicios. El gym adecuado, buen restaurante y bar agradable.

El aire acondicionado ligeramente ruidoso.

Descanso en un ambiente cálido y amable

La ubicación es inmejorable, fácil acceso desde los diferentes puntos de interés de la ciudad. El desayuno con buena variedad de frutas de temporada es una magnifica forma de iniciar el día.

COMO SEMPRE O MELHOR HOTEL DE PEREIRA
Pros:

Serviço excelente, pessoal muito atencioso e gentil. Especialmente quero mencionar a garçonete Yosmi que sempre me atendeu muito bem. Tinha outros sem preparo mas podem ser ignorados aqui.
