I liked the kindness of the staff, the breakfast is outstanding and the hotel is in silence all the time. Really good to have good rest. The location is awesome also. I recommended it a lot.

Como cliente recurrente que ha elegido este hotel en varias ocasiones, me siento muy decepcionado. Llegué y mi habitación no estaba lista —me hicieron esperar más de 2 horas— aunque había otra habitación disponible y solo pedían 20 USD más por el cambio. No me habría importado pagar esa diferencia, pero después del trato recibido decidí que no pondría ni un peso más en este hotel. La gerente, Beatriz (puede que no esté escribiendo bien el nombre), demuestra no entender el valor de la lealtad; debería aprender a apreciar a clientes que no solo vienen ellos mismos sino que traen a muchas otras personas al hotel. Tras este trato, no volveremos ni gastaremos un solo peso más aquí: después de años de hacer negocios con ustedes nos trataron como a desconocidos y todo ese tiempo no significó nada. Falta de profesionalismo y de aprecio por clientes habituales. No lo recomiendo hasta que cambie la gestión y el trato al cliente.
As a repeat guest who has stayed at this hotel several times, I am very disappointed. I arrived and my room was not ready — I was made to wait over 2 hours — even though another room was available and they only asked for an extra $20 to switch. I wouldn’t have minded paying that difference, but after the way I was treated I decided I will not spend another peso here. The manager, Beatriz (I may be misspelling her name), clearly does not understand the value of loyalty; she should learn to appreciate guests who not only come themselves but bring many others to the hotel. After this treatment, we will not return or spend another cent here: years of business meant nothing when we were treated like strangers. Unprofessional and unappreciative of regular customers. I do not recommend this hotel until management and customer service improve.
