Zentral und gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal (von Reinigungskraft über Empfang bis Küche) war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch!
Die Lage war klasse ... zentral und doch ruhig. Direkt an einem guten Mall/Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage:
Lüftung zu laut und nicht abschaltbar (es sei denn man stellt die Temperatur sehr hoch).

Fahrstuhl:
Sehr langsam und bei zeitweise Vollbelegung völlig überfordert.

Frühstück:
Hier hatte ich bei anderen Hamptons schon wesentlich mehr Auswahl gesehen.

Wonderful stay! Felt comfortable and exactly what we needed
Pros:

Great location, shopping and restaurants nearby. It was clean, smelled good, friendly service, breakfast was really good and had variety. If in the future I were to come back, I would stay here again.

All in all the room was comfortable! Just minor difficulty checking in.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Check in was a little bit of a hassle. During booking I added my additional guest to my reservation. It took down my contact information but used my additional guest name as the reservation holder. During check-in I’m providing my email contact information even the reservation confirmation letting them know I indeed have a reservation here. Instead of the front desk letting me know that although they see my reservation because it wasn’t under my name they could not check me in, they just continued to tell me they couldn’t find my reservation for 15+ minutes. I was asked if there might be a different name. I provided the additional guest name and was told they found that reservation but not one under my name. My additional guest actually had to come in and check us in to which the reservation was quickly found. The whole process was frustrating and it was too late at night to be dealing with difficulties. Going forward more transparency can be used. Had my additional not come in once they realized the process was taking a while, I would’ve still been at the front desk attempting to explain the situation - despite being told that I would not be able to check in.

Pros:

The breakfast was great, it was freshly made each day and every other day was something different.

Cons:

I received a text that our room was ready early, when we got there no one was at the check-in desk, I waited about 15 minutes and asked the maintenance staff for help.
