I was not impressed with the staff and location.
Pros:

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable for an overnight stay. We easily found parking at the hotel even though the lot was small.

Cons:

The gentleman at the desk asked for payment even though I had booked through Booking.com. His tone made me feel as if I was trying to get away without paying. He was very defensive and never smiled. The hotel is located in a high traffic area and tucked away at the end of a small side road.

The front desk staff both day and night crews really took away from the otherwise great team.
Pros:

It was very clean and the cleaning crew were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff were officious and lacked empathy. Also the pet policies and fees are excessive.

Personal Experience is the only way to determine quality. This staff and facility met standards.
Pros:

Very nice exterior. The staff were absolutely the BEST.
All of them were neat and very professional and beyond helpful. I’d recommend this facility to anyone. Malovo is perfection at his position.
Reward these employees especially him!

Cons:

The parking was a bit challenging as it often is in large cities. Nonetheless o had no problems finding a space

Zentral und gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal (von Reinigungskraft über Empfang bis Küche) war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch!
Die Lage war klasse ... zentral und doch ruhig. Direkt an einem guten Mall/Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage:
Lüftung zu laut und nicht abschaltbar (es sei denn man stellt die Temperatur sehr hoch).

Fahrstuhl:
Sehr langsam und bei zeitweise Vollbelegung völlig überfordert.

Frühstück:
Hier hatte ich bei anderen Hamptons schon wesentlich mehr Auswahl gesehen.

Wonderful stay! Felt comfortable and exactly what we needed
Pros:

Great location, shopping and restaurants nearby. It was clean, smelled good, friendly service, breakfast was really good and had variety. If in the future I were to come back, I would stay here again.
