Great breakfast & staff, but worn room, odor, and noise. Needs updates to match lobby quality. Torn furniture.
Pros:

Overall had a mixed experience.

Starting with the positives, the breakfast setup was one of the better ones we’ve seen. The layout was clean, organized, and had a solid variety. The waffle station, toppings like almonds and blackberries, and the selection of coffee and juices were excellent. Everything was served on real plates which is a nice touch compared to most hotels. That said, we went down around 9:30 and the French toast had dried out and the bananas had turned brown, so timing definitely matters if you want everything fresh.

The hotel itself feels modern and secure. Key card access and overall layout gave a good sense of safety. Parking was also a plus with plenty of space and easy access for luggage.

As expected with a pet friendly hotel, the hallways were a little noisy at times. You will hear a dog bark here and there, especially in the mornings and evenings. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

Where things fell short was the room. Ours, at least, didn’t match the rest of the property. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the exposed bed frame at the bottom made it feel unfinished. The couch had a noticeable odor, and the ottoman had visible wear and tears. A few outlets were cracked, and the lack of a nightstand on one side of the bed made it inconvenient to charge a phone or set essentials nearby.

There were also small details that added up. Baseboards had stains, and the towels felt rough and overused. Nothing catastrophic, but not what you expect when the rest of the property presents itself as updated.

Customer service was great throughout the stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but it didn’t fully make up for the condition of the room.

Bottom line:
Good breakfast setup, solid staff, and convenient parking, but room quality needs attention. If they brought the rooms up to the same standard as the lobby and dining area, this would be an easy recommendation. As it stands, it’s decent, just not consistent.

Would stay there again. The price was reasonable.
Pros:

Clean , roomy, comfortable. Nice pool, work out room. Comfortable relaxing areas to sit outside. The lobby was very clean with a lot of seating. The breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of food. The hostess kept the food refilled continuously.
