Our room was dirty and looked like certain
Things haves been skipped over for a while now. I also did not know even after reading reviews and pictures that the rooms were so small. Overall it was a good stay just maybe pay more attention to the smaller details.

This was our first time staying here and we would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice with a great little seperate kitchenette area which I didnt expect. We weren't in our room enough to use it, but it was a nice feature. The only complaint I have is about the bathroom sink area. It was very inconvenient. There are no towel racks or shelving to keep towels or washcloths by the sink, so you had to walk them into the bathroom to hang them up. It was also inconvenient for 2 people trying to get ready. Minor things. The breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options which included eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffles. And onsite parking was a plus. Definitely worth the price!

We did not have air. they said all they could do was move us rooms. we moved room still did not have air. had a huge test the next morning with no sleep. Ive stayed here before so was excited to stay again. I need a refund, because i was completely miserable. asked for management said manager was out of town til next week

The only downfall was the other guests being loud and banging doors in the middle of the night to wee hours of the morning. The breakfast was grand. Dont use the Monarch transportation, you are better off using Uber/Lift.

We had since initial issues that were rectified by staff. Essentially the first room we were given smelled like wet dog/mildew and was absolutely unbreathable. Unsure if there is a leak in the building or if dehumidifiers are needed. They promptly placed us in another room. Overall there needs to be some upgrades/updates made but staff was incredibly friendly and we felt safe.
