Cons:

No nos dieron la habitación mencionada en la reserva, nos acomodaron en una mucho más pequeña y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
Al llegar al alojamiento hice pago de la reserva completa. A las 2 horas me informaron que la reserva me la cambiaban y solo me podría quedar 1 noche allí, no hacen devolución rápida del dinero que se pagó por la noche que nos cancelaron ellos.

Pros:

La ubicación en laureles y que son 100% petfriendly, fueron muy amables. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el espacio muy bonito.

Cons:

Afuera del alojamiento justo enfrente hay muchas ratas y ni el hotel ni la comunidad se fijan en eso ni lo controlan y el desayuno era siempre arepa muy tostada, creo que podrían variar un poco las preparaciones.
