Except for the snow it was a great stay.
Pros:

Close to the arena. Miguel at front desk was great and helped make my stay better. Nicole D. at first floor restaurant was a lot more friendlier and helpful than the last person I dealt with there.

Was waiting for 20 minutes for reception worker. I had to walk around the first floor to find him and he appeared to be talking with someone and just chilling in the restaurant area.

Our stay was the perfect getaway

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We plan to return again!!

Even though my stay was short, I enjoyed the time I was there and look forward to another visit.

I liked the intimate feel of the property and the staff is very friendly. The location to the arena is perfect.

Very nice hotel comfortable room and good breakfast. Easy walk to North St.

Cons:

Hotel was great. But there is no supermarket or chemist around. North Market is a saviour for something quick to eat.
