Pros:

I liked the closeness to Miami beach. Location to/from the airport. Second room was decent enough.

Cons:

I didnt like that the shower only gave cold water. Called to ask if they could fix it, maintenance came and said its fine..made me feel a little crazy lol. Thought it was a Miami thing maybe the water was luke warm and thats hot to them.
Ultimately got moved to another room cause the smell of sewage was pretty bad plus the cold shower. In the new room the sewage smell was still present. Upon check in lady was kind and pleasant, any other calls made to front desk weren't as polite. I felt like a inconvenience.

Convenient and with quick access to the airport.
Pros:

I was only there for a few hours due to a flight change, but the room seemed comfortable.
They had a shuttle that left every half hour for the airport.

Cons:

The internet connection was terrible, they should improve it
