Broken phone in room, known issue; tv shuts off on it’s own; sliding glass door requires super human strength to open and close and cannot be done from outside; No security, found flyers under door daily - left by who? And, there is no information in room as to pool hours, wifi password, and any useful information. There is nothing.

The place was old, dirty, and unwelcoming; the pool was dirty. I would never stay there.

The room i got this time it wasn't what I was expecting I'm use to getting a full ocean view this time it was half city half ocean but now I know the difference between the 2 ocean front and ocean view. This was my fault 😪 . Everything was still great. Just be more aware of my booking

The front desk personnel, specifically the owner, manager, and assistant manager, were extremely rude and disrespectful to us. We spent two weeks trying to contact the property to request a simple change to our check-out date. We also spoke with Booking.com multiple times and repeatedly called the hotel, but no one ever responded. When we finally arrived, they refused to make the change.

They also lied to our faces, and when they thought we had already left, we overheard them talking about how they had been playing us. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The customer service was horrible, and even the other staff members looked terrified of them. On top of that, parts of the hotel were dirty and outdated, and we even saw a mouse in the pool.

I would not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again.

Third time at this hotel. Was disappointed with the new $35 early check-in fee. Had not been charged on past visits. Would have waited until 3PM, but had visiting guests...so I paid to comfort them in one of our rooms. Room 211 not optimum. Sliding door didn't work. Yet even if functional, it's only a short cement path directly to the parking lot.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

No customer service. Employees were rood. We stayed for 4 days and no housekeeping. You had to ask for that service. Wish was not communicated when we checked in. Terrible service.

Sink kept getting stopped up. No water pressure in the shower. I probably wont stay there again just because of those 2 things.

Une cuisine est prévue dans la chambre mais ne donne pas envie de l’utiliser.
La chambre est veille,pas top du tout.
Notre terrasse donnait sur le rez de piscine (109)
Pas entretenu,
Deux jours de réservation aucuns changement de serviettes de bains.

Quand je vois les commentaires positifs sur booking,
Je n’arrive pas à comprendre….
C’est ce qu’il m’a malheureusement fait réserver.
Jamais plus pour ma part.

The hallway smelled bad and was all wet There was a bug in the room. There were cigarette butts all over the patio outside of the room I didn’t even stay there I left after 30 minutes and the manager would not approve a refund. I booked the room to relax with my daughter. The room was on the pool deck which was full of people and kids and we could hear every thing in the Room. No peace and quiet to be had!!

I wish your pool towels were bigger!
