Cons:

Staff were not professional and price and rules were awfully shocking. I booked a room at $258 for the same night as we were headed to Nashville. After payment was processed, I realized that the date of my booking was defaulted for exactly a week after. I called the hotel and after 15-20 minutes of talk and wait, they asked me to fill out a form and request for credit due to some stupid reason (hardship). I did that and I received an email informing me that it will take 5-7 business days to receive the voucher. Then I called again and after 15 minutes of conversation with a very rude guy, I was able to receive a credit towards same night stay. But the catch was that the room for the same night was $548. Really? For Drury?

Drury is a great place to stay, great staff & close to broadway without hearing all the noise.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Location, staff, and hotel was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Kickback hour was a wonderful plus. We had a great week celebrating our 30th anniversary

Cons:

Being charged almost $50 for parking everyday.

Wonderfully surprised, will definitely book future stays at Drury!
Pros:

The staff was amazing. We made an error in our reservation that was totally our mistake and yet the front desk, specifically a man name Ramazan, helped us and made sure we were taken care of during our stay.

The Kickback each night was such a pleasant surprise - we'd never stayed at a Drury so we had no idea what to expect - so glad we went. We were amazed at the selection of free food and drinks!

Wonderful selection of items offered at breakfast.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. If we HAD to pick something to improve - the only thing I can think of would be to perhaps extend the breakfast time just a little later, until 10 am maybe?
