Our stay was majestic and we will be coming back to stay.
Pros:

The property was easily accessible to great restaurants, Bridgestone Arena, Schermerhorn Concert Hall and the popular Broadway. The staff was extremely nice. We enjoyed the free drink and food from 5:30pm-7:00pm and breakfast. The staff were consistently cleaning, refilling and interacting with guests. The room was beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be coming back.

Incredibly clean and well-run, welcoming to families.
Pros:

Great location, plenty of wonderful staff, extremely clean as in pristine. Cleanest hotel I've ever seen. We came after the ice storm while our power was out, as did half the city, so the hotel was packed with people and dogs -- but everything ran impressively smoothly. No idea how they managed it but you would never have know the place was at capacity. Really nice pool, surprisingly well-equipped fitness center, overall a very welcoming vibe. The evening "kickback" was a nice surprise: that and breakfast were great for feeding the family. Given the quality and location, the price was very reasonable.

Cons:

Food was just okay? We were very glad to have it and there were plenty of options that kids would like.

Drury Plaza was a welcome (and warm) respite for us and our pets during the ice storm.
Pros:

The free breakfast was awesome! So much variety and it provided a hot option which was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and worked for us. The fact the hotel was pet friendly was AWESOME. Plenty of garage parking, access was easy and secure. And the "hot snacks for dinner" was plenty FOR dinner.

Cons:

I felt like the fee to park was excessive. I understand we are in downtown Nashville but $40+ per day was really expensive when there really wasn't another choice. Other than that, no complaints.

Pros:

It is close to everything in downtown Nashville.

Cons:

The view of our room was literally looking at the roof. Also, since it snowed and the road conditions were so bad, when we asked about staying another night, it was still full price….not even discounted due to severe weather. We had already paid in full for two nights and just wanted to add on. So unfortunately we had to make the scary drive home.
