Pros:

Perfect location. 6 minutes walk to Broadway and the honky tonks but far enough away that it was quiet. Kicker in the evening was brilliant, snacks and a few drinks before heading out. 24/7 soft drinks and tea and coffee from the dining room. Free popcorn on the ground floor.
