Great modern hotel in the heart if Heraklion
Pros:

Great facility, fairly modern with clean rooms, spacious space and excellent location just a stone throw away from restaurants, cafes, bars and a market. Yet very quiet inside with good insulation and unrestricted AC (I hate central ACs where I depend on what someone else considers “cold enough”. So I love when hotels dont restrict that)

Nothing. Breakfast was varied and not boring and great customer service

Sandstorm problem
Pros:

Very good location, smiling, helpful staff, nice well-equipped rooms. Thank you very much for the free frizzante and fruit basket!

Cons:

On our 1st day, 1st of April, there was an extreme sandstorm. Our balcony got really dirty from it. Unfortunately, during our 1 week stay, we couldn't even do anything outside because nothing was cleaned. We didn't expect it on the 1st day, but 1 week is a long time.

Pros:

Renovated property at the very city centre with kind and helpful staff. Very good breackfast with full rsnge of options. Parking at reasonable price just in front. We wer upgrqded by courtsy in one of the rooms
