Great location! Great staff. We don't usually eat breakfast but it was so good, we actually did so and it was well worth it!

We got upgraded to the suit with terrace, which turns out to be an amazing, well furnished room with outstanding views over the city. The hotel facilities in general are very comfortable and give a cosy yet chic vibe. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. As for the breakfast, it offers many sweet and savoury options, no notes! The location is also ideal to explore Heraklion city, very close to the city center and it's vibrant life and less than 10 minutes from the archeological museum (a must!), but aside from the busy streets, which makes it calmer and better for resting. Overall, a 10/10, if we come back to Heraklion we will book it again for sure.

We loved the location and hospitality of the hotel! Right next to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Wish we stayed longer than one night. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and help us celebrate our honeymoon. Very sweet to welcome us with champagne, fruit plate, and a note. We appreciate them and everything they did.
The only thing was the view was not ideal but hard in the city.

An excellent breakfast buffet with lots of selection. The rooms were very modern but our bathroom door hinges made it a little noisy. Our particular room didn’t have a great balcony or view and it’s unlikely anyone would use it to sit outside.
