One of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is always so accommodating and the location can’t be beat. We were set to leave before breakfast officially started so they set it up early for us. I will definitely book again when in Heraklion.
Πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό που καλύπτει όλα τα γούστα με φρέσκα προϊόντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο όπου μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό, φιλικό και γενικά άψογο, ιδιαίτερα το παιδί στο πρόγευμα (δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του) επίσης ο Νίκος και ο Αντώνης στην υποδοχή που μιλήσαμε λίγο περισσότερο ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί βοηθώντας μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Ευχαριστούμε όλους που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε την Κρητική φιλοξενία! Το DOM Boutique Hotel είναι σίγουρα το κατάλυμα που θα επιλέγω σε όλα τα μελλοντικά μου ταξίδια στο Ηράκλειο!

Convenient for airport

Dom was an excellent home base in Heraklion for visiting surrounding areas (and the city itself too). It was just small enough so it still felt personable but large enough to have good services (full breakfast selection, bar, gym, etc.). Its location is superb--it's only a short walk to the old town and harbor, and the many restaurants nearby. On the inside it is a modern hotel and very functional, spacious and comfortable. It was good value overall. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Personale gentilissimo, hotel elegante e raffinato. Colazione abbondante e varia, pulizia impeccabile e posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro.
L'unico suggerimento riguarda la colazione: sarebbe apprezzabile una maggiore disponibilità di prodotti dedicati agli ospiti con intolleranze al lattosio, senza la necessità di comunicarlo preventivamente.

Lovely modern and spacious room. Staff were very accommodating. Close to restaurants, markets and sights in Heraklion old city.
