Pros:

Location is great. Nothing else other than location.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work, and it was extremely hot. Parking was overpriced, and the staff were not friendly. I would not recommend staying here.

We would suggest at least to have a mini-fridge in the rooms, or a microwave.

Practical downtown hotel
Pros:

Right Downtown, near the Ice District so a good spot if going to a concert or Oilers game. It is also near a lot of pubs and restaurants

Cons:

A little dated but nothing was in need of disrepair.

Overall disappointing due to noise.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

They had renovations going on at the time of my stay and at least the property should give some complimentary or lower the price of the room. There is no information about the renovation when i booked my stay. Since i booked my stay from booking.com. They give me room which does not have fridge and microwave and a separated washroom.
