Location was good. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Construction happening, we booked a few months in advance but didn’t find out about construction until the week before… too late to cancel and book somewhere else. Construction was supposed to start at 9 but could hear things being dropped loudly and slammed as early at 7am. The machinery didn’t start until after 9 though. Just sucked that there wasn’t a buffer of a floor between construction and rooms. Room was beside parking garage. Loud all night. Hotel lobby and halls were smelly (smelled like a sewer) and the heat would not turn down or off in the room. Absolutely boiled us the whole time
2nd floor noise from surrounding rooms and hallway (teenage hockey team and parents) Nothing done about it
Went out to ask for silence - got beat up in the hallway. My spouse came out to help and she got beat up. I am considering civil suit options
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and beds super comfortable.
The TV stopped working completely. So I wasn't able to watch anything for a day and a half. Construction was quite loud, but wasn't entirely bothersome.

Hotel was easy to access and staff were friendly and accomidating for needs. Rooms and building are older and visibly dated but bed was comfortable and room very clean.
Parking is tight. Larger vehicles would have a lot of issue.

Paying for parking even though we were booked at the hotel.
The bathroom was clean which is something I value. I wish there was a microwave in the room but I'm glad there was a mini fridge. Also, it was pretty quiet which was good for me.
The carpet seemed pretty dirty. A modern television would be greatly appreciated. Not everyone is a big fan of cable TV, but having that option with other apps will be nice.
Vlad welcomes us at the reception. Let us know about all the information parking rules. Also, on our behalf, Vlad delivered a refrigerator and a microwave oven to our room in 10 minutes. When we asked about extra stuff he gave to us extra towels immediately. Thanks 😊 Vlad for giving us all support during our hotel time.

No hot water in bathroom sink and shower was tepid at best.
No breakfast. Had very bad experience
Night mare in the middle of night. Next door guy was drunk and banging the doors. Kids and my wife scared and didn’t slept
Good value for those not expecting much for the price.
Heater didn’t work as apparently owner had to save on the heating bill.
Carolina, Vlad, and the front counter staff are always helpful during our stays. My wife and I came down this time for her surgery and we twice needed to extend our stay. The help we received in doing this was very much appreciated.
I should also mention that the room staff were always friendly and did a wonderful job of cleaning our room and making it nice for the first day back from surgery.
It's a quiet hotel and this has been the case even on hockey game nights when they're quite busy. One time my room was right next to the elevator which can be a problem at some hotels. I never heard it.
Parking is close and easy and having a Cora's restaurant attached is a nice touch!
We've stayed at Day's Inn a number of times now and it's been a great experience each time! Sincere thanks to the staff! We'll see you all soon!
Close to where I needed to be
No fridge. No microwave. Not enough towels. Room was so hot. Tv was very small
