Over all it worked for the night, not a great sleep due to the room temps
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we needed to be, the lobby was do sure nice, deceiving if what to expect when up at room

Cons:

Our room was extremely hot, no air conditioning or ability to crack open a window.

Travelling Couple
Pros:

We love that it is located nearby Rogers Place.

Cons:

For starter, the staff forgot to mention that we need to use our hotel room keys in accessing the parking.

Staff is not friendly nor approachable.

Room is huge, beds are comfortable until we saw this bug crawling our pillow.

Pros:

It was a decent price and walking distance to Rogers Place.

Cons:

There were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Also the hallways were very hot. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast.

Made the best of it
Pros:

The price was reasonable I guess. The location is good in some aspects, bad in others, close to good pubs and the ice district but watched someone die from an over dose in the middle of the road not a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The 2nd floor hall smelt strongly of septic the whole stay, no air conditioning in the room as stated, no mini fridge or microwave. Was only provided 2 towels for 3 adults staying 4 nights and when requested was told additional towels were a charge.

Perfectly adequate place to stay at a good price compared to others, don't expect anything fancy.

Convenient location, hotel parking, small gym, reasonable price, comfortable beds

Cons:

Thermostat/heating was hard to adjust, floors could have been cleaner, can get loud due to downtown location
