Everything was perfect .. near metro station if u don’t have car .
Location was good, close to an LRT Station
Hallways were extremely hot and so was the room. There wasn't any way to control the temperature in the room. Also had someone pounding on my door at 4:00 am and car alarms going off in the parkade, at various times, which was right outside my open window. Also completed the pre-checkin the day before and when i got to the property they asked for all the exact same info and credit card info so didn't save any time. Parkade doesn't fit a 3/4 ton truck so have to use paid parking lot across the street which is quite expensive
Location is great, you can even order delivery. Hotel is full new renovated.
The gap at bottom of front entrance is big, so during evening, you can hear everything happened at hallway, especially when someone come back and close the door. Maybe I did not find it, but at least my room, there is not any vents in the shower. So if you have a hot shower, take time to let steam go away.
Room was clean ,quiet and comfortable...
The bathroom shower and felt like a surgical room.

Housekeeping was knocking on all door at 9am shouting housekeeping, while I was trying to sleep
I was criticized for not having my credit card on me for reasons beyond my control and all hotels should have more grace and forgiveness for this
