Pros:

I liked their overall services, such as the water/ice was clean and tasty; laundry was free; room design was super useful. The main reason for booking this hotel was having a kitchen in the room.

Cons:

I was not satisfied with their cleaning service. We stayed for 27 days and scheduled the cleaning twice a week; however, they did not vacuum the room even once a week, nor did they change the sheets after the third reminder. In the meantime, their kitchen utensils were not clean; I washed everything when we got into the room.

Gostamos, mas a pontos a melhorar.
Pros:

Cama confortável, travesseiros bons. Funcionários prestativos. Gostamos do hotel. Bem perto da estação de metrô. Dá para ir até a praia caminhando. Tem um mercado grande e uma target ao lado. Academia razoável. Amenidades dove.

Cons:

Um pouco de ruído, falta de isolamento acústico. A limpeza nao foi feita todos os dias. Quarto fica um pouco claro mesmo com as cortinas fechadas. O café da manhã atendeu, mas podia ser melhor. Ovos industrializados e as proteínas nunca era muito boas.
