Struttura molto carina, atmosfera familiare, Emily è molto gentile e parla un ottimo inglese (cosa rara in Cina). Molto disponibili, vengono a prenderti in stazione e danno qualche dritta sulle attività da fare nella città sin dalla prenotazione tramite messaggio booking. Abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza a causa di un tifone ed è stato molto facile comunicare in inglese con Emily e farci organizzare un taxi per riportarci in stazione. Consigliato

The kindness of the staff and the view

Nos encantó todo, a pesar de que casi no estuvimos tiempo en Guilin, nos ayudaron en todo, desde el primer momento de la reserva, desde WeChat estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, nos reservaron los billetes para el crucero, que fue increíble y nos recomendaron un hotel en Yangshuo nuestro siguiente destino que también fue increíble. Nos indicaron que poder ver en Guilin en el poco tiempo que teníamos y con los didi. No está en el centro de la ciudad sino en las afueras en plena naturaleza, es precioso. Como teníamos el desayuno incluido pero no nos daba tiempo por la hora del crucero, el conductor que nos pidieron nos llevó a desayunar a otro local antes de dejarnos en el muelle. Cualquier cosa que necesites este es tu hotel. Gracias por todo ❤️

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They were a great help in arranging and planning trips. They also taught me more about Chinese culture by letting me eat Guilin rice noodles at a local restaurant and letting me try out caligraphy. The location is also breathtaking. You're living in a small village with many restaurants and shops. Nature is around the corner too: A river, mountains, ponds... And of course, the room was clean and comfortable.

Posizione defilata in una sorta di isoletta, perfetta per rilassarsi. Suite favolosa. Pulita, spaziosa e con vasca idromassaggio. Emily è stata gentilissima e professionale ed inoltre parla benissimo inglese. Colazione locale ottima!
Struttura super consigliata.

Le personnel est tellement gentil, allez y les yeux fermés. Les lits sont confortables. Le lieu est extrêmement accueillant. Cet hôtel a réellement rendu notre expérience à Guilin super !

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and I was happy to see that there were no lizards inside.

We were given two options for our room, and we chose the one with a Chinese traditional home style, which was a very good choice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations, assisting us with our return flight meals and suggesting some fun activities for our visit. My daughter really loved it!

It was so much more than staying in a hotel. It was like feeling at home. Maria is an incredible host. From day one, she did everything she could to make our stay unforgettable, and it was exactly that. This property is located in a peaceful corner, far from the chaos, where everything flows slowly. We enjoyed excellent tea and took a cooking class. Maria organized a visit to the local market with other guests, where we bought fresh fruit and vegetables, and then we cooked together, just like a family. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and everything was perfect. Maria also offers excursions at great prices. We left a piece of our heart here, but we will be back. Promise.

La decoració xinesa, la ubicació és maca, tranquila, tot i que necessites taxi per anar a Guilin city. La disposició de la persona que atèn a recepció és immillorable. L'únic que és salva.

The hospitality of the staffs and owner

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were very tired, but the hotel’s director kindly allowed us to check in early. We were so happy and thankful. The breakfast was delicious. We rented an electric bike, which was very convenient. The price was only 50 yuan per day.

Camera bellissima con vista sulle montagne, appena fuori Guilin in un piccolo villaggio con ristoranti e piste ciclabili lungofiume. Ottimo per un po' di relax.

La dueña y Emily son encantadoras, se desviven por ayudarte. Emily hablaba inglés. Te gestionan las reservas de los lugares a visitar (crucero a Yangshuo--como consejo, no merece la pena la diferencia de precio por el crucero de 4*, el de 3* cumple de sobra la función excepto por la comida--, arrozales de Longji, cueva de la Flauta...). Hubo un error en una reserva pero lo compensaron de sobra.
Para el desayuno te dan 3 opciones, probamos dos y buenísimas las dos. Nos proporcionaron antimosquitos, se ofrecieron a comprarnos lo q necesitáramos para nuestra peque que tuvo algo de fiebre, etc.
Limpieza muy bien también.
El conductor con el que trabajan para los tours es también encantador y muy dispuesto siempre a ayudar con una gran sonrisa.
