Pros:

Locatie, alles zag er prachtig afgewerkt uit. De receptie, de kamers en het ontbijt was helemaal geweldig! Ruime keus en netjes personeel.

Cons:

Alles beviel supergoed. Als ik dan 1 ding moet noemen, bij de receptie tijdens inchecken kregen we drankje van het hotel. De prosecco en bier waren lauw van temperatuur wat wij meekregen. Kan je beter aanbieden daar even te zitten en koel drankje aanbieden.

Excellent hôtel en plein quartier des Musées. (ne pas rater le Ricks et le Musée Van Gogh (à pied)
Pros:

Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis l'an passé. Accueil sympatyque. Meilleurs chambres dans bâtiment principal avec vue sur le canal et la vieille ville.

Cons:

Le restaurant Momo attenant à l'hôtel est décevant par rapport à l'an passé. Mauvais service, très long, personnel peu sympathique. Voir d'autres estaurants dans le quartier.

Clean, comfortable, but not really 4-stars
Pros:

Entering the hotel, the place smells wonderful. The serving staff were all brilliant and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic and walking distance to all the shops. Offered either a wine, beer or Prosecco on arrival.

Cons:

I think it barely makes it to 4-star status. I would be inclined to consider this hotel a good 3-stars only. Breakfast is okay but limited. Some signs of wear-and-tear around the hotel. i.e. worn carpets on landings as you exit the lifts. The gym needs some cleaning and organising. The rooms felt quite basic really. Simple coffee machines, broken hangers. All felt a little tired in places. I asked for a simple hot coffee instead after our travels to which I was refused. Not very 4-star service from the go! It has the potential to be amazing but just misses the mark. However, I would return if the deal was better.

Pros:

Very good location. Nice staff and the hotel looks very beautiful. I come often to Amsterdam and when I have the chance I always pick this hotel for my stay.
