Solid. Excellent foyer and overall nice feel. Room was good but did have a damp smell.
Pros:

Location, room, facilities. Hotel vibe overall really good.
Amazing smell in the foyer.
Away from the hectic action but still close enough to everything.
In a VERY nice area.

Cons:

Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
Room had a damp smell from the bathroom area.
Aircon (like the shower) was either freezing or not really doing anything.
Bar staff a bit sassy.
Cleaner came in at 10am on Pride weekend. It's like!!?

Perfectly personal and accommodating.
Pros:

Can’t fault the place. Staff were exceptional & bent over backwards to accommodate my autistic daughter - heated food we brought, guided her to facilities, answered her questions and even made sure I had everything I needed, too. Shout out to Sarah who even helped me order some food to the hotel and our bolt to the airport!

Slightly overpriced but nice stay.
Pros:

Very good location, affordable and close parking, the size of our room, slightly hard but large beds.

Cons:

The hotel is very dark, seems to be a theme to have dark colors in the entire hotel, even the shower area is very dark you can barely see anything in there...small and separated area for shower, toilet and sink which is not my cup of tea. Access to our room on 4z was through a service area, not very attractive to pass.
