C’était un bon séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien.
Le personnel très aimable

Cons:

La salle de bain ! La douche est pour ainsi dire dans la chambre. Impossible de se déshabiller dans l’intimité. C’est particulier.

Centrally located with lots to do around the area
Pros:

Location was great very close to the trams and museums. Lots of choices in the area when it came to dining. The bike rental at the hotel was easy, but could’ve used a little help in getting the bike set up specially when it came to securing the bikes once we were off property staff was very nice and we were also allowed to store our luggage on our last day after we had checked out at no cost. We were able to get free refills of water at the bar and enjoy the sushi restaurant which was next-door and we were able to charge our meal to the room which was very helpful.
The room itself was clean spacious temperature controlled. We had plenty of towels plenty of soaps and shampoos and conditioner are stocked mini bar as well as a coffee machine with coffee pods.

Cons:

Nothing against the hotel itself, but due to the location, it is quite noisy if you have the windows open, but if you can sleep through usual city noises, it is not a deterrent to stay there again

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. And the bathroom was very nice and up to date. Location was right near everything we wanted to see.

Location is great.

Cons:

The reception staff was very unfriendly. It felt like they were doing us a favor by providing service. We had to ask for help with the luggage several times until someone helped us. The rooms have inconvenient access, with stairs right before the room which makes it hard to move with luggage or a baby stroller. I wouldn't return there

Estaba bien situado, la habitación era cómoda y grande.

Cons:

Tuve una mala experiencia con hormigas en la habitación, la verdad nada agradable. Y menos todavía si uno va con un bebé. Estaban un poco venidas a menos las habitaciones para mi gusto. Lo que tengo para destacar era que el personal fue amable e intentó solucionarme lo mejor que pudieron

Good location for the museums and boat trips and, as Central Amsterdam is quite small, for everything else in the centre. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The shower I didn't even try to use, it looked like a nightmare; the light for the magnifying mirror was so poor I could see nothing. Although dog friendly (I had my hypo-allergenic Bichon with me) I got told off for leaving my dog alone in my room, despite not being allowed to take the dog to the breakfast room or to restaurants or to concert halls or museums.
