The location was extremely central
The hotel amenities were extraordinary; from the welcome cookies to the baggage handling to the bar to the restaurant; it was all wonderful

The location is great.
It was difficult to get food other than McDonald’s. The room service was a very strange selection of sushi only. Weird.
Centrally located.
Unsuitable for a business stay. Despite numerous emails back and forth I still am missing an invoice from my stay with the details provided at checkin. The hotel has now stopped responding entirely. They also made an authorization on my card without explicit approval. Their deposits are treated as partial refunds causing accounting complexity. Almost every interaction with front desk led to an error or broken promise
The room was quite small for the price and felt a bit too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t included, not even a bottle of water in the room. Considering what we paid, I expected a little more.
We have stayed here many times. It is very close to lots of activities and also trams.

The bar area was good when staff there Good sized bathroom
We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Rooms not ready at check in time. 1.5 hours later we went there to check to be told they were too busy to let us know they were finally ready. First room smelt. Second room had not natural light. Moved us both then 1 had a room looking at a mould filthy balcony other one was moved to a room that smelt then eventually to an ok room. Offered a partial refund for first night Only got half of what they promised

Amazing place . Lovely location . Our room was cosy size wise but so very comfortable . I loved the outdoor courtyard and other seating areas inside . The free snacks and drinks served in the afternoon was a lovely time to relax between morning sightseeing and getting ready for the evening and a great opportunity to chat with other guests if you fancy. I enjoyed the atmosphere - boutique and intimate .
