Good enough for my short stay
Pros:

I was disappointed because website said breakfast but there was none but then upon talking with the manager I learned why it's no longer offered. The front desk staff is amazing and do their best for each client that comes in.

Cons:

Some of the strange looking folks that I see moving about on the floor but then the manager also explained to me so I was ok after that..

Jsut needed a place to stay that wasn’t gonna be jacked up in price due to the Arnold Classic.
Pros:

Nothing, only thing good was that something was available in the area due to the Arnold Classic.

Cons:

Everything it was absolutely disgusting looks like it has stayed in the early 2000s nothing has been updated or full cleaned to the correct level for a passable health inspection. I just needed a place to stay for the night is all.

room wasn't too clean still had dirt around, 3 small flat pillows for the bed , shower curtain had blood stains on it , towel had something black on it maybe a burn mark, tv barely had any channel's to watch i ended up watching classic rock music videos because there wasn't anything else worth watching, rotted out hole in the wall at the bottom, and seen a baby cockroach on the counter checking out ... definitely not worth $73 a night
