Le personnel est au petit soin, après 3 mois de voyages en Amérique latine, ça fait du bien de trouver des installations propres et bien conçues.

Fijn verblijf met heerlijk ontbijt om de stad Medellin te ontdekken!
Pros:

Heerlijk! Onze 2-persoonskamer zat verbonden aan het dakterras waardoor we extra makkelijk konden genieten van de rooftop. Ook was het ontbijt elke dag fantastisch! Fijne locatie met leuke buurt en dat je zo de metro kan pakken.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit 2 Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Dazu jeden Tag ein anderer frisch gepresster Saft. Dazu frische Früchte.
Super Lage. Super Personal, das uns bei allen Problemen oder Fragen jederzeit weiterhelfen konnte.

Buena relación calidad-precio, pero debe mejorar en limpieza e insonorización.
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa, el barrio es lindísimo, incluía desayuno, y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

La insonorización era muy pobre, se escuchaba todo de habitaciones aledañas. Hubo una alarma despertadora a las 5a.m. Que sonó durante 15 minutos y nadie la paró en todo ese tiempo, no pudimos identificar de dónde provenía por lo mucho que los sonidos se filtraban. Obvio ya me despertó.
Adicionalmente, mi sábana tenía una mancha de color café con olor desagradable bajo la almohada que no notamos hasta el día siguiente cuando ya era tarde para solicitar cambio.
