La amabilidad del personal, super atentos.
Que no se especifica que te llevan a otro edificio y son diferentes las instalaciones a las que muestran.

The rooms are actually located on the other side of the reception, but still within the same block. Super easy, you just need to be aware of it. The lobby, where you also have breakfast, is at the end of the street in a small dead end. Don’t be shy, yes it looks like an old garage door entrance, but that’s part of the real Medellín’s charm (search for the big Fern ! )
The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the amazing El Poblado district.
We really enjoyed the concept of having a shared living space with separate rooms. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to meet other travelers during our stay.
The rooms are quite humble, but honestly, since it’s Medellín, you’ll be out exploring most of the time anyway.
One small suggestion: a tiny shelf in the bathroom would make it even more comfortable.
Otherwise, all the staff were super kind and helpful, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel ubicado en una muy buena zona de El Poblado. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca.
El muchacho de recepción (creo que se llama Sebastián) ofrece un excelente servicio.
El cuarto era un poco pequeño pero lo suficiente para una estadía corta
Apartamento con entrada desde la calle, moderno y cómodo. Bastante espacioso y con buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo.
El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno variado y abundante.
El baño es muy pequeño y al estar en un semisótano no tiene ninguna vista, la habitación es una antigua oficina.

Seltsam war bisschen die Zimmer in Apartment Variante und kein kein Aufzug (Zimmer ganz oben )

Caro y la habitación muy pequeña
La habitacion la verdad estaba muy amplia, con closet, un pequeño escritorio y todo, la verdad es que es muy lindo los apartamentos, las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas, y en el aerea de comedor perfecto para comer, las chicas que hacia el desayuno al momento todo estaba delicioso y con una gran actitud. La ubicacion era perfecta para llegar rapido a provenza, unos 10 minutos caminando, todo muy seguro.

Se escucha absolutamente todo de la habitacion del lado. No ha vetana ni luz natural en la habitacion. No hay aire acondicionado, es un mini ventilador
