Gutes Hotel an der Rax
Pros:

Gutes Hotel nahe Rax Seilbahn, sehr gutes Frühstück Buffet, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Anreise leider nur bis 21 Uhr möglich.
Fliegengitter bei den Fenstern wären sinnvoll.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und es ist garantiert für jeden Geschmack gesorgt.
Besonders das Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist extrem kundenorientiert, freundlich, bemüht und sehr flott.

Cons:

Einziges Manko an diesem Aufenthalt war der Lärm von der Terrasse (Gastgarten) unter unseren Zimmern. Bis ca. nach Mitternacht haben sich zwei Gäste lautstark, laut lachend bis grölend "unterhalten". Je höher der Alkoholspiegel, desto lauter mit jeder Stunde. Hier hätte ich mir erwartet, dass das Personal diese Personen ab 22:00 in den Innenbereich bittet. So mussten wir bei hohen Außentemperaturen das Fenster schließen. Sehr gut ausgeruht sind wir dadurch am Morgen nicht aufgewacht. Schade - sonst wäre der Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gewesen.
Noch ein Tipp: Wenn es Veranstaltungen im Hotel gibt, wäre es fein, bei der Buchung darüber informiert zu werden, dann kann man sich rechtzeitig um Karten bemühen, wenn man will.

Es waren trotzdem 3 gelungene Tage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, der Park ein Traum. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt.
Die ausgewählten Vorstellungen im Hotel und das Frühstück war vielseitig und ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Abendmenü als Buffet ist Verbesserungswürdig. Die Vorspeisen haben etwas fad geschmeckt zum Teil und die Hauptspeisen waren schon etwas eingetrocknet ( was vielleicht an der Vorbereitungsdauer liegt), sollte bei einem 4* Hotel
nicht vorkommen.
