Free upgrade in our room from Olena in arrival!
She help us so much with many details about the city!
Also all the recertionists it was very nice and helpful with us.
The room it was fantastic!
The hotel its by far in the best position to explore the city!

Super behagelig seng og pænt værelse

Cons:

Kunne godt bruge at der var en ekstra pude, der var kun en meget lille pude til hver, og dynen var meget tynd, så jeg frøs lidt

Nice hotel in the center. There is a lot to see nearby, either by walking or by metro. The staff was very friendly, the room was ok, and I really liked the shower.

Cons:

When you enter the room, you feel that it is very cold, but the temperature during the night was ok. I expected a kettle or a coffee machine, as it was stated in the reservation. but unfortunately there was none of that.

Dejligt værelse med god seng og udsigt til Rådhuspladsen.

Cons:

Jeg havde en slutseddel med Booking.com der betød at vi skulle have et værelse med udsigt til Rådhuspladsen. Hotellets personale mente ikke, at det var en del af aftalen og hævdede, at det skyldtes en fejl hos Booking.com. Men vi fik dog et værelse med udsigt efter en del parlamenteren. En trist begyndelse på et ellers dejligt ophold.
