Quiet room, fairly spacious. Comfortable beds. Good temperature. Good breakfast in the morning.
The general decor is very tired and dated. The bathroom feels cramped. The washbasin in the bathroom is too small to wash your face and hands, as the water spills onto the floor. The shower door opens into the shower, which means that when you turn on the overhead shower to regulate its temperature you get wet and you have to squeeze into the cubicle and then close the door, while the shower is running. The lighting in the room was difficult to work out. The switches seemed to work without any logical sequence. The Rådhus bell, which strikes every 1/4 hour until midnight kept us awake. Not the fault of the hotel, of course!
Dejligt stort værelse, god morgenmad og super kommunikation med receptionen, Richardt var meget imødekommende.

Central location and clean
No Bar , but a fridge where you can buy beer/wine and pay at reception
Posizione spettacolare, davvero comoda sulla piazza del municipio, vicino alla metro e con la stazione dei treni a pochi minuti... A piedi da qui arrivi dappertutto senza problemi.
Colazione top, con un ampia scelta e personale cordiale e gentile.
Stanza non molto grande ma funzionale e ben pulita.
La hall è un po' piccola per la capienza dell'hotel, anche se probabilmente trattandosi di un palazzo storico non potevano fare altrimenti.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno, pur essendo assolutamente pulito, bisognerebbe fare attenzione al calcare... Un piccolo dettaglio ma che fa la differenza.

The shower air unit never stopped and made a lot of noise. Impossible to sleep.
