Fint hotel i absolut centrum af København, venligt udenlandsk personale, som det dog ikke var helt let at kommunikere me

Beliggenhed. Morgenmaden. Restauranten i samme bygning.

Cons:

Koldt på værelset, det blev dog afhjulpet med en varmeblæser. Udsugning i bad larmede konstant.

très bon petit dejeuner, lit confortable, chambres propres a l’arrivée.

Cons:

mettre à disposition cafe et the et plus de nécessaires de toilettes et mettre des petites attentions ( un bonbon. un chocolat…)

Sengen var helt skæv og meget blød.
Der var larm fra musik til kl. 23
Kl. 04 begyndte larm fra gaden, vareaflæsning, skraldebiler, fejebiler.
Vinduerne er så utætte at man kunne høre alt og det træk ind af dem.
Væggene var så tynde så man kunne høre de andre gæster hoste hele natten igen. En frygtelig nat. Vi kommer bestemt ikke igen.

Location is perfect, staff are so accommodating, perfect for a short stay in Copenhagen.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything, doesn’t get better for a short stay in Copenhagen. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property is beside a church (obvs not something they can control) and the bells go off at 8am and every two hours from then onwards. We were at the back of the hotel and could still hear them. Ear plugs would drown it out so not a deal breaker at all and apart from that, the hotel is great.

Very cold room and had to pay extra for a double bed although I paid for a double bed here. I had to pay extra for an upgrade to a room with a double bed !

Pros:

The location was perfect - close to everything, in old town and close to metro, but it was quiet.

Cons:

Toilet had glass door, that couldn't be closed properly and there was problem with hot water is shower - there could only be very very hot or cold water.
