A comfortable stay in an iconic hotel.
Pros:

It was central. It looked good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good English.

Cons:

No soap (hand soap is not the same). The refreshments in the room were sparse. We were given more when we asked.
The entrance to the room was uneven.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre de Copenhague
Pros:

Hôtel au centre de la ville donc très bien placé, très bel immeuble, typique des bâtiments anciens danois. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse et l'accueil parfait. Pete déjeuner extra!

Cons:

Salle de bain assez petite et il manquait un plateau d'accueil pour pouvoir se faire café ou thé ou juste boire de l'eau.

Great place for a night or two but with uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Perfect location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything super clean, spacious. Smooth check in and check out.

Cons:

The beds could only be separated by barely a few inches. The beds were also very soft and not very comfortable. We didn’t get a good nights sleep for both nights. Everything else was absolutely amazing, I wish the beds and pillows were more comfortable.

Great base for exploration
Pros:

Location is amazing, near main station & metro and very central for walking to the sights or to get a breakfast pastry at one of the many nearby bakeries. Town hall bell is loud and rings every 15 minutes (stops at midnight), but I actually found it quite a comforting noise. Lovely hotel and staff.

Cons:

Tea/coffee machine in foyer was broken so we couldn't use it.
