Great location. Great looking outside. Great history.

Location is super.
Breakfast on pictures and in life were not same. Food was ok, but not what we saw on promotional photos.

Interior of hotel needs refreshment.
Basics for breakfast should be more danish.

Good value for the accommodation and location.
Pros:

Slight problem with flushing toilet but overall room plus toilet and separate shower facilities was good. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Toilet flushing and although booking said breakfast included, this only covered one person in a double room unless you specified a second person. We were charged extra. Location is very good and in our room on 1st floor facing the square the sound insulation from the windows virtually cancelled out the bells from the adjacent clock

Emplacement très central de l'hôtel, grande chambre avec grand placard, coffre, mini frigo, grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche

Cons:

L'hôtel avait eu un problème de fuite d'eau au 3ème étage et la porte de notre chambre était entre deux énormes déshumidificateurs, la réception ne nous avait pas prévenus donc bruit infernal, nous devions couper nous mêmes les appareils! Couloirs tristes, hall de réception assez basique, literie à revoir matelas largement déformé, pas de chaine française et une seule anglaise, horloge de l'hôtel de ville qui sonne tous les 1/4 heures

لا يستحق القيمة واذا جو المدينة حار ما انصح فيه

يوجد كاوية ملابس مع طاولة 👍🏽
يوجد غلاية ماء 👍🏽
موقع الفندق جداً ممتاز مقابل ساحة ستي هول ومع بداية شارع ستورجيت وهو اهم شارع في المدينة لان الحياة والمطاعم والتسوق فيه اضافة إلى ان محطة المترو الأرضية بجوار الفندق ومحطة القطار ومدينة تيفولي مقابله

استقبال وترحيب بالضيف معدومه
انزال الحقائب عند الوصول وإيصالها للغرف غير متوفر
لا يوجد أرواب حمام
تم اعطائي غرفه مكيفها لا يعمل يومين مع مروحه وتم استبدال الغرفة بعد إلحاح وتم استلام افضل وأوسع غرفة مطلة على الساحة لكن التكييف عندهم سيء جداًجداً 🥵
خدمة الغرف بطيئة جدا ويحضرون عند الطلب والتسجيل في الاستقبال وبعض الايام أطلب ولا يحضرون 😢
لم يتم اضافة قهوه وشاي إلا مره واحد وقت استلام الغرفة
لا يوزع ماء شرب في الغرفة
السرير مزدوج لكن مفصول 😢
عربات خدمة الغرف تبقى في الممرات
تصنيف الفندق 3 نجوم بالكثير على مستوى الغرف

Excelente! Ótima localização, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos!

Quarto de tamanho excelente, banheiro e chuveiro muito bons e espaçosos.
