Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, good location but not really worth the cost.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the staff there were pleasant and helpful and kept the food well stocked up and available. Location was very good.

Cons:

Things seem to have deteriorated since we stayed there two years ago. Little things that make the difference seem to have been cut in the name of economy. For example, guests were once greeted with a welcome glass of Cava. Not any more.
It was also mildly irritating that access to the main Gents toilets was by key code only. We were encouraged to choose not to have our room cleaned for ecological reasons. With which, on the first day, we complied. But when we asked for a light clean the following it felt like the only thing that happened was our litter bin was emptied and, annoyingly, the empty box of paper towels was not replaced. We left a note saying the water was not going down in the shower, but nothing was done about that. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours when we checked out, which was appreciated. But we were told it was left at our own risk. But whereas in the past I am sure we were given tickets which we'd have to show upon collection of our luggage, none were given this time - and access was unmonitored by the from desk. When we came to pay, the bill seemed very expensive given the rather ordinary experience we'd just had.

Città bella e facile da girare

Posto molto centrale e hotel storico molto bello

Cons:

Avrei apprezzato una bottiglia di acqua in camera. Sono dovuta partire per un lutto un giorno prima e non ho avuto possibilità di recuperare la notte

Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati, con brutto tempo, la stanza alla sera era fredda. Abbiamo impostato la temperatura dei radiatori in modo che potessero scaldare la stanza, ma facevano poco calore e poi a mezzanotte sono stati spenti dai comandi centrali e riaccesi al mattino alle.7,30/8,0 per un pò. In bagno i termo arredi erano staccati con un bel cartello che giustificava la scelta per questioni ecologiche. Conclusione, asciugamani bagnati anche il mattino dopo. Le pulizie vanno richieste esplicitamente o con app. quindi non sono automatiche e ti ritrovi con gli asciugamani bagnati anche il giorno dopo. Cambiati comunque quando richiesto alla reception. Non ci sono ciabattine o altro che ti aspetti da un albergo 4 stelle,Dispencer per prodotti bagno si. Non si comunica con telefono e comunque non c'è nessuno che parla italiano o che ti dia qualche indicazione della città. Saremo stati sfortunati, ma per trovare un castello sulla cartina ci hanno messo 10 minuti.
Comunque meno male che appena fuori dall'albergo UBER funziona benissimo.

Great central location
Pros:

The location is very central and easy to get to. The staff member who checked me in was extremely welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean.

Cons:

It's very close to the town hall and the bells chime from 8 to midnight which won't bother most people but at night it meant no early sleep! A pretty grim stain on the carpet and no water in the room (sold at reception) let it down for me.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Good sized room (we were upgraded)
Room was well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. A great base for exploring the city. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too.
