De locatie was perfect tegenover station. Ook tram en metro voor het hotel. Premium hotelkamer was ruim en comfortabel.Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Prima verblijf!
Pros:

Hele ruime kamer!! Dat was heel fijn voor ons, want we waren met 3 personen. De locatie is ook top. Je bent super snel in het centrum en alles is goed bereikbaar. Je hebt ook een parkeergarage waar je de auto kwijt kunt.

Cons:

Kamer was echt heel koud en airco deed het niet. We hadden een kacheltje waarmee we ons konden opwarmen.
Verder was het zwembad echt heel koud. Er stond dat hij verwarmd werd, maar je kon er echt niet in zwemmen.
We hadden roomservice besteld en hebben echt lang moeten wachten en meerdere keren moeten bellen om te vragen of het komt. Vonden het ook jammer dat je geen dessert kan bestellen naar de kamer of fruit. Menu is echt heel beperkt

Zimmer war sauber aber schon etwas abgenutzt. Bad hatte deutlichen Schimmel an der Duschwanne. Geht gar nicht.

Pros:

De ligging is goed maar wel veel lawaai .

Er lagen uitwerpselen voor de lift in binnen in het hotel .
Mijn jas is er toevallig in gevallen bij het uitdoen gecompenseerd met een ontbijt . Maar toch , ok het hotel kan hier niet aan doen . Maar het enige wat ik vroeg waren verse handdoeken en zelf deze kwamen niet meteen .ik schrijf niet gauw een review. Maar dit was toch wel onwaarschijnlijk . Ok het hotel kan er niet aan doen maar doe dan toch iets meer moeite om zo een zaken recht te trekken. Heel het weekend met een stinkende jas moge lopen . Daar ik geen andere mee had . Ik was werkelijk vies van mezelf .

Mooi hotel, comfort bij alles, heel tevreden!

Heel mooie, grote kamer met een goed bed en comfortabele zitbanken. We waren verrast door de grootte van de kamer en de mooie gangen in het hotel, heel leuk verblijf!

Slechtste ervaring ooit
Pros:

Ontbijt was top. Ook gluten- en lactosevrij beschikbaar. Zwembad, sauna en stoombad ook goed. Bedden sliepen lekker.

Cons:

De temperatuur op de kamer was boven de 30 graden. Kon niet normaal functioneren. We wilden zelfs cancelen, zo heet was de kamer! Maar dan kregen we ons geld niet terug. Pas na 2 nachten werd de termperatuur behachelijk met het raam op een kier. Ook waren de voegen in de badkamer geel, gaf een smerig gevoel.

Lokalizacja znajdująca się na wprost Antwerpii Centralnej.
Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ohne Ansprüche in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Aber wirkt teilweise hilflos und überfordert.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Barbereich ganz nett gemacht, aber schließt relativ früh.

Cons:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok.
Leider muss man sagen, ist das Hotel sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen.
Alles wirkt abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Die Farbe von der Decke kommt runter.
Die Fugen sind schmutzig. Die Toilette war definitiv nicht geputzt worden.
Der Spabereich ist kein Wellness oder Wohlfühlort.
Es ist eiskalt im gesamten Bereich.
Teilweise reißen die Mitarbeiter die Fenster sogar bei Minusgraden auf.
Die Sauna selber ist ok, aber mangelhaft und das Holz an einigen Stellen kaputt (siehe Bilder).
Es gibt für das gesamte Hotel auch nur 3 Liegen!!! Diese sind aber ständig belegt.
Benutzte Handtücher werden auf den Boden geworfen beim Gehen, aber nicht aufgeräumt ,die liegen stundenlang dort. Siehe Bilder.
Die sanitären Anlagen im Spa sind komplett verdreckt.
Und das kommt nicht von einem Tag!!!! Da gibt es auch keine Entschuldigung.
Auf Bilder der Toilette haben wir bewusst verzichtet.
Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Aber wirkt teilweise hilflos und überfordert.
Wenn man ein Hotel in zentrumsnähe sucht, keine grossen Ansprüche hat, ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.
