Heel fijn hotel voor een trip naar Antwerpen
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, tegenover station en centraal gelegen. Mooi, modern hotel. Ruime kamer met uitzicht over stad (6e verdieping), comfortabel bed en schone badkamer. Heerlijk ontbijt, werd continu aangevuld. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Heel veel stofnesten onder het bed (heel vervelend met huisstofmijtallergie). Geen bureau op de kamer. Klein zwembad en sauna buiten werking. Op de 2e ochtend erg druk bij het ontbijt.

Inchecken, we kregen een upgrade aangeboden. Erg fijn, en er lag een welkom kaartje in de kamer. Erg gewaardeerd en vriendelijk. Alles was goed geregeld.

Pros:

Hele fijne locatie, mega centraal. Heel ruim appartement.

Cons:

Doucheputje zat verstopt waardoor de badkamer overstroomde. Zwembad was wat aan de koude kant. En hotelkamer eigenlijk net te warm, lastig om op comfortabele temperatuur te krijgen.

Super fijne en snelle service!
In het beddengoed zaten twee oranje vlekken. Dit aangegeven bij receptie en het werd gelijk geregeld top!

Ontbijt is altijd super en uitgebreid.

Locatie is perfect centraal gelegen. Metrostation zelfs onder het het hotel.

Al met al een top verblijf.

Derde keer dat we hier verblijven en zal zeker terugkomen.
