we hadden twinbedden met 1 groot dekbed. na onze vraag werden twee aparte dekbedden bezorgd. Top

Cons:

Bedden niet opgemaakt, geen propere handdoeken, kortom geen roomservice op de 2de dag. Handdoeken werden wel gebracht na onze vraag maar de gebruikte werden niet meegenomen.

Aangenaam verblijf en lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

We logeerden met 3 in een appartement. Goed bed met goede matras. Ruime badkamer.
Het hotel ligt vlakbij het station en vanuit de ruime ontbijtruimte heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het stationsgebouw.

Cons:

We waren met drie volwassenen, maar er waren slechts 2 badjassen en servies in de keuken voor twee personen. Nadat dit gemeld werd bij de receptie, werd dit snel in orde gebracht.

Great hotel in a brilliant location to allow easy exploration of the city.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location by the station, good for the metro and tram, could leave our car parked up whilst we explored.
Breakfast was good, the team got us connecting rooms which was great and helpful. Friendly bar, dining and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned one day, shame the steam room wasn’t in use and we had some disruptive children in the pool. Shame parking is not included at a discounted rate.
