Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wurde umgehend erfüllt! Das Upgrade auf das Zimmer im letzten Stock mit Blick auf den Hafen war der absolute Hammer! Das Frühstücksbuffet war richtig umfangreich und es hat auch alles sehr gut geschmeckt.

Top floor sea view balcony was amazing, spent so much of the in hotel time sitting outside, staff were very efficient and friendly, very large shower and the soundproof doors and blue privacy tint on windows, breakfast was very accommodations for vegan options available

Cons:

Rooms a little dated and could do with updating especially the walls. No parking at hotel , they do have an agreement with local parking garage but you still have to drive there and hope it’s not full.

L’accoglienza: nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato con Booking ci è stato chiesto un ulteriore pagamento della camera a un prezzo maggiore in quanto non rispettava il pagamento da Booking. Dopo un’ora di chiamata telefonica A Booking da quest’ultima ci è stato assicurato che vi verrà rimborsato il prezzo ulteriore pagato. Speriamo avvenga in tempi rapidi . Il personale dell’hotel non è stato comunque empatico e ci ha costretto a risolvere da noi il problema.
