Extrêmement bruyant
Les oreillers s'apparentent à des parpaings

La chambre était collée au local housekeeping, c'était extrêmement bruyant, la clim faisait un boucan d'enfer et le voyant lumineux ne s'éteignait pas. Lorsque j'ai contacté la réception pour demander une chambre avec un lit double tel que demandé lors de ma réservation, on m'a précisé que ce n'était pas possible puisqu'on nous avait généreusement upgradé. J'ai demandé à rester dans la catégorie de chambre que j'avais choisi, c-a-d la supérieur vue mer, on m'a indiqué que ce n'était pas possible. J'ai travaillé plus de 10 ans dans l'hôtellerie, le principe d'un upgrade ce n'est pas d'offrir du moins bien!

部屋からの眺望が素晴らしい。朝食も美味しく、港の駐車場と提携しているの車が停めやすく助かりました。旧市街のメインストリートやスーパーも近く、
ロケーション、立地ともとても良かった。
フロントのスタッフの方も親切。
バスタブのある部屋に泊まりたかったので、ゆっくり熱めのお湯につかれでとても満足です。

Der Aufenthalt war im ganzen sehr erholsam
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit der Aussicht auf den Hafen und dem kleinen Balkon sehr gut.Man konnte draussen sitzen am Tisch und die Aussicht geniessen.Die Lage der Unterkunft war nahe der Stadtmitte,wo viele Restaurants und Kaffee waren auch mit vielen Geschäften.Ein Supermarkt war ca. 150m entfernt.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig aber wenig wechselnd.

A great place to stay in Heraklion!
Pros:

Lato Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay in Heraklion. The view of the harbor is magnificent. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and offers many homemade Greek products. The reception staff are extremely friendly and always ready to give useful tips. I highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again!
