Un grand choix de chambres, l’emplacement pratique à proximité du port et de l’aéroport, la vue, la décoration, la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Perfekt für kurzen Aufenthalt; super Lage!
Pros:

Aussicht und zentrale Lage zum Flughafen sowie zur Innenstadt

Cons:

kein W-Lan im Zimmer und dass man zum Sunset auf der Dachterrasse dinieren muss für den Ausblick. Wenn man nur was trinken möchte, wird man in den Barbereich nach hinten zur Straße gesetzt.

Pros:

Très grande chambre avec vue sur le port. Literie très confortable. SDB démodée mais complètement opérationnelle. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon. Le personnel est très sympa!

Cons:

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié: l'isolation entre le restaurant en roof top (4eme étage) et notre chambre (3ème étage) Bruit de chaises qui raclent le sol entre 19H00 et 23H30 et le passage des avions quasi devant l'hotel au moment du décolage. Cela limite l'emploi de la terrasse malheureusement.

Top Zimmer, Umgang mit Gästen durch Personal am Empfang verbesserungsbedürftig
Pros:

Wir hatten eine riesige Dachterrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht, Gäste WC und große Bad. Alles wirklich sehr großzügig. Personal beim Frühstück und die Dame, die unser Zimmer gemacht hat super nett!

Cons:

Der Empfang, das Empfangspersonal. Katastrophe! Nur mit dem Handy beschäftigt oder miteinander am quatschen, keine Antwort auf Hallo oder Tschüss. Bei der Abreise dann auch noch pampig weggedreht. Wir hatten extra eine Nacht mehr gebucht, um unser Zimmer bis zum Abend nutzen zu können. Als wir dann auscheckten, wurde gesagt „Aber sie haben noch eine Nacht“…Ich habe zur Erklärung angesetzt, die Dame drehte sich aber einfach weg, um sich mit einem anderen Gast zu unterhalten. Na, vielen Dank!
