Property Description

Lato Boutique Hotel is a 4* hotel of 54 rooms, most of which overlook the Venetian Port of Heraklion. Right above the old harbor with unrestricted views to the Venetian fortress, it offers business and leisure travelers outstanding services and comfort, in a central location, with 24/7 service all year round.

Important information:

Kindly note that the Herbs' Garden rooftop restaurant operates from mid April till late October, and Brilliant Restaurant operates from early November till mid April.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the building (public areas & guest rooms). A room recovery fee will be given to guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Please note that guests who travel with small pets will be charged with 25 euros per pet, per stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, la bonne surprise d'avoir été surclassés (merci🙏) la vue magnifique depuis notre chambre, la literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner top! C'était parfait pour une nuit tout proche de l'aéroport la veille de notre départ :)

Αυτό κερδίζει είναι η θέα είναι υπέροχη…Και τα παιδιά στην reception πάρα πολύ χαμογελαστοί και ευγενικοί!!!Πολλα μπράβο

Θεωρώ ότι για ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο με τέτοια υπέροχη θέα θα ήθελα μια μικρή ανακαίνιση και το βασικότερο η καθαριότητα απογοητεύτηκα πολύ το δωμάτιο ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη ακόμη και οι κούπες που έχουν στο δωμάτιο,τα τζάμια δεν ηταν καθαρά,τα ποτήρια που είχαν ούτε αυτά καθαρά και ούτε το πάτωμα…Καλό θα ήταν αυτό το κομμάτι να το βλέπουν λίγο περισσότερο γιατί η υγιεινή είναι το Α και το Ω στην καθημερινότητα μας!!

Great location, walkable to several restaurants, shopping, etc.
Pros:

The hotel was very accommodating to us after our ferry was cancelled. Allowed us early check-in which was wonderful.

Great location and comfortable room, recommend Herbs Garden

Good location and view from superior room. The staff and view from Herbs Garden and the breakfast staff

Cons:

V poor checking in process about midnight on 14th September, ignored for 5 plus minutes by staff member on phone. Lovely manager of Herbs Garden then came to reception and we asked for his help. This promoted the night manager to produce a form whilst still on the phone and say ‘sign here’ ! To which I replied ‘please’ ! Unfortunate first impression . Other staff fine.

Pros:

A fantastic hotel for our one night stay. Great breakfast and so close to the ferry and the KTEL bus terminal. Awesome staff and we loved our meal at the restaurant. Amazing view.

la vue le petit balcon surclassement avec coin salon la chambre lumineuse le cafe
le petit dej tot pratique qd on a un avion tôt
proche aeroport 15 min voiture et proche centre ville a pied 5 min

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Zentrum in fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Parking ist im Parkhaus Central Parking, drei Gehminuten entfernt und 24/24 bedient und überwacht. Kosten: 13 € pro Tag. Die Strasse ist stark frequentiert, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man davon überhaupt nichts. Personal ist äusserst freundlich.
