Kindly note that the Herbs' Garden rooftop restaurant operates from mid April till late October, and Brilliant Restaurant operates from early November till mid April.

Excelente ubicación para llegar en ferry y conocer rápido la ciudad
Pros:

Es un típico hotel grande y anticuado pero con un personal atento y un servicio de desayuno continental incluído muy bueno. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. La cama era muy cómoda y la vista del balcón a la fortaleza veneciana muy hermosa. Es ideal para quienes están poco tiempo ya que está walking distance del puerto y del casco histórico y centro comercial. Lo valorarán sobre todo quienes estén llegando en ferry como yo. es que puede llegar en Queda a solo 400 metros del muelle donde aparcan.

Cons:

Es un hotel anticuado en la ambientación e impersonal por su tamaño.
La zona es la ideal para quienes llegamos en ferry pero debes subir una escalera para llegar al hotel con tu maleta sie stas caminando.

Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een upgrade van de kamer (zicht op de haven).

Cons:

De kamer was mooi en ruim maar de badkamer was erg klein. Ontbijt was basic.

Bel emplacement, belle vue.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la vue de la chambre et la réactivité du personnel devant plusieurs soucis techniques pendant notre séjour.
Le personnel au petit déjeuner est à l'écoute des allergies alimentaires, ce qui est très appréciable et la dame qui fait le ménage est adorable.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un souci avec un des lits de la chambre à notre arrivée assez tardive, mais le personnel présent a quand même rapidement trouvé une solution pour nous permettre de passer la nuit correctement en attendant la résolution du problème le lendemain.
Nous avons vu pas mal d'insectes/cafards heureusement morts dans les couloirs et dans la chambre.
Le prix de la chambre est très élevé pour le standing global de l'hôtel.
