Pros:

La vue sur le port et la forteresse est très chouette. Petit balcon avec 1 chaise. Un petit frigo silencieux. Literie très confortable.
Calme, on n'entend ni les voisins ni le personnel d'entretien dans les couloirs.
Le resto en rooftop est également très bien, jolie vue, sunset.
On peut se garer partout gratuitement assez facilement toujours à proximité. Le point de départ idéal pour les virées à pied, centre commerçant très proche.
La 1/2 pension :plutôt des plats simples : pâtes, poulet purée. Très bien cuisinés nonobstant !
Personnel de restauration sympa ,serviable et efficace. Pain sans gluten sur demande.

Chambre supérieure vue mer
Je fais en sorte de m'accommoder du positif mais je suis assez déçue dans l'ensemble.
Chambre petite , mal agencée. Sol pas propre le premier jour. Pas de quoi faire sécher son linge sur le balcon. Cabinet de toilette vieillissant et penderie exigus.
Il est déconseillé par le personnel de boire l'eau du robinet très calcaire et surtout très javelisée.
La 1/2 pension : j'entendais parler d'octopus par les voisins de table. Perso sur ma carte je n'avais pas ce choix.
Le petit déjeuner : quasi que de l'industriel.
En tant que voyageuse solo, j'ai systématiquement été reléguée aux tables les moins bien placées, celles à l'écart.
J'ai pris le meilleur car il y a toujours du bon mais je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le conseillerais pas à mes amis.

Romantic couple stay in Heraklion to conclude week in Crete.
Pros:

Front desk management upgraded our room upon request, as our initial honeymoon room was disappointing. Nice breakfast, great rooftop resto.
