The room was fantastic. Recently renovated and clean. The free hot breakfast exceeded expectations. Parking was adjacent to the hotel at an extra cost.
Hotel is undergoing renovations but they do their best not to inconvenience guests.

Sliding bathroom door, only partial “blackout” curtains…didn’t provide us with privacy or keep out the bright city lights
Breakfast is basic but good
The room was good, beds really comfortable.

We came with a van and we were able to stay in their parking (outside).

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice and modern.
There are two major faults with this hotel:
1. The staff need to inform guests that their parking lot is not safe. Winnipeg has a major issue with theft and car break-ins and, while this is not the fault of the hotel obviously, they need to make this apparent to guests. The only parking is outdoors - we met multiple guests who had had their cars broken into the night before. When I asked if the parking lot was safe the receptionist said it wasn’t but, had I not asked, I wouldn’t have known. I saw multiple other guests check in without being told of this. We had to bring literally all of the contents of our car inside to deter a break in. Every single thing. Additionally, parking is 20 something dollars. 20 dollars to potentially have your windows smashed. I’d recommend that the hotel formally tells each guest to empty their car entirely and remove the parking fee (or make it 5 dollars or something).
2. The breakfast was only okay. The area where it’s served is lovely but the egg I had was literally like eating leather. Pretty off putting.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, sehr gute bequeme Betten. Fußläufige Nähe zum Bahnhof Union Station. Zimmer zur Stadt hin mit Blick auf Parkplatz war ruhig.

Emplacement central qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les chambres ont été rénovées avec soin et elles sont propres. Le personnel est accueillant.
Les choix au déjeuner et le café pourraient être améliorés. Malgré cela nous avons apprécié avoir le déjeuner à l'hotel

Beds were very clean and comfortable. It has a microwave and fridge, very helpful.
The room was a bit tight, with a long foyer of wasted space. The bathroom does not have a locking door, only a barn door.

As comfortable as the beds were, the lack of blinds on the windows ruined our sleep. The light comes in through the windows early each day and woke us up
