Didn't have the right form of payment upon entry and the staff were willing to work with me and accomodate me while my kids checked out the fish tank, turning what could've been a fairly unpleasant search for accommodations into a positive experience for them. A member of staff even came up and told them a little about the fish!
This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and I got a lot of help with grabbing meals and dishes during this breakfast.
My kids loved the room, and enjoyed the bathtub.
My commendation goes out to all the staff. Without them y'all would not have half the quality of hotel that you do. Every single person who worked there for the night we stayed was absolutely amazing, and I hope that they are recognized for their hard work.

Booking was made a little complicated and unclear, likely due to use of third party site.
