Pros:

Staff who welcomed us home each evening. They made us feel at home truly. Especially the young lady with light wavy hair.
House keeping staff were exceptional, how hard they work. Nothing was too difficult for them with our requests despite the language barriar.
Paper map was so useful. They gave us directions to where we wanted to go, too. They ordered taxi for us as our phone did not work in US.
Location was perfect for attending General Conference, accessing other the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints related facilities.
We thoroughly enjoyed your breakfast, especially biscuit and gravy and the pancake machine!
How eco friendly you are. We totally agree sheets and towels do not need to be changed everyday.

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, good price! Thank you!

Everything was wonderful - staff were delightful, lodging room - we did receive top floor/very quiet, all but king bed was managed.

Cons:

Breakfast area was very busy, tough finding a place to sit.
