Pros:

breakfast was good. Location was close to areas we wanted to visit so that was great.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate having to pay so much extra for parking after paying so much for the two rooms.

Clean, convenient, excellent breakfast!
Pros:

The location, right across from convention center, was perfect for my purposes. Being downtown, it was within walking distance of many good restaurants. I appreciated having a pool and 24/7 tea and coffee available, and the breakfast options were varied and good (everything from pancakes to oatmeal to eggs). It was very clean, and in fact I often ran into cleaning staff mopping the halls etc, so you could see why!

Cons:

The AC in my room was a bit iffy - which, given that I arrived in a heat wave, wasn't ideal. However, one of the maintenance staff came up as soon as I called to take a look and, by disconnecting the unit from the wall controller (so that I just used the controls on the unit itself) improved its functioning to at least 90%, so I was very grateful for that!

Cons:

Better signage for where to enter the parking garage, the vending machine on my floor was out of water and overall the price was high for the basic level of amenities (I paid only about $10 more for a room at the Marriott on the same street and it was much nicer).

The fact that the room was mostly clean. And it was in walking distance of some restaurants

Cons:

Nothing was said about having to pay for parking until we checked in. The staff were rude in telling us, almost on the line of being a Bitch about it. I went to check out and asked that the IHG points be added to my stay the staff said that was done when you booked i stated that I went through booking.com she rolled her eyes and said well just call IHG and you can just do it online we are to busy to do that on the back side of it was supposed to be done when you reserved the room. I just left i didn't want to make a scene as I felt she was just pushing me to move on. There was just 1 person behind me.

De locatie downtowm alles wat je wilt zien op loopafstand. Ruime kamer en goede verlichting. Prima ontbijt.

Great hotel for good price w/ excellent views and good location!
Pros:

Love this hotel! Always nice staff & nice facilities. Price is very reasonable for such a nice hotel!

La ubicación es ideal para conocer la ciudad ya que puedes ir andando a los principales puntos de interés. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y el baño dividido en 2 partes nos pareció muy práctico.
