Pros:

Great location with shops, restaurants, and attractions right around the corner! Staff checked in regularly via text to ensure we had everything we needed.

Loved the place and all of the team members there were so nice.

Pros:

Very clean. Rooms were large and comfortable beds. Location was great and close to a lot of good food, shopping and entertainment.

Cons:

The indoor pool area was way too heavy on the chlorine in the room.

My iron didn’t work I asked the front desk for another and that one worked poorly so I gave up on being able to iron.

Dusty Rooms
Pros:

I stayed with my family at Hilton for a family vacation to Chicago. I would say the value is good and the location is convenient. However The rooms were very dusty. My husband has dust allergies and could not sleep at nights. I hope they pay more attention to keeping the room dust free and clean.
