We stayed only one night, but would stay again. The Australian restaurant attached to the hotel is phenomenal

Loud guests and no support from hotel staff

My first impression of this hotel was really nice. Till o had an issue and the hotel staff LIED and refused to assist me.
It was on Feb 22 2026 the room 1802 was trowing a party with loud music and many people in at it was going on after 11pm.
I first called the front desk, twice, and they said security personal went there. But nothing changed. I then went in person to the front desk, the security guy said that I could go back to the room that he would check right after me. Liar. I waited with my door open and he NEVER showed up to check in person on the people causing disturbance at this late of night.

I am disgusted by the lies and lack of accountability from the personnel from this hotel!

Disappointing
Pros:

The highly professional team.

Cons:

Absolute lack of closet space for jumpers etc by the entrance. We chose the hotel for its pool but it was closed. The breakfast vouchers were hardly enough to cover the costs of the breakfast. No decent duvets (as per US), uncomfortable sofa bed, microwave at the FLOOR level. The water we were given was in plastic bottles (!).

I liked it but not sure if I will stay there again.
Pros:

The helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, the room comfort.

Cons:

The restaurant service closed at 8:30 & therefore there was no room service, & the snack kiosk was limited in the selections.

Great water pressure

Cons:

The room was below what I would expect for the cost. It smelled musty in the room and halls. I could see mold in the wall through the gap between the cabinet, which explains the smell. Holes in the blankets. Simply not well kept and it didn’t feel clean.
