Pros:

Cafe was good Quiet

Cons:

Room smelled musty, toilet would run forever when flushed, toilet overflowed first morning, maintenance came to plunge. Front desk didn’t follow up or care
Third day started acting up again. On checkout I reminded them not to put anyone in the room until it was repaired

PokemonGo fest 2026
Pros:

Arrived and stayed for the pokemon go fest. Had a wonderful experience, the room was clean and felt safe. All the folks were so nice. We did ballet and they took care of our ride.

Great place to stay when you visit Chicago
Pros:

Fantastic location, walking distance to the lake and the Magnificent mile.
Comfortable room.
Very nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Cons:

Room service did not manage to come during the many hours we were bit in the room.
