Guest Reviews
I loved everything about my room and the view. I love the valet parking even though it was very expensive.
I didn't like that they didn't tell us anything about the room key when we first got there. And I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a wheelchair. I think they should have a wheelchair available to be rented out possibly if needed.
Location, quietness and beds
The appalling treatment we received from the housekeeper, the front desk manager, and the front desk staff—with the exception of Alex and Christian—was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality expected from a hotel of this caliber.
The location was great
It was well located, near a beach and a ton of good restaurants to eat. The room was spacious and clean.
I can’t say I didn’t like anything.
The hotel needs to be updated. The rooms did not smell good ie, smelt as if the person before me was smoking/vaping marijuana.
All good
Location
The staff forgot about an add on package I requested to be ready when I got there. I had to ask for a pack and play several times
