Esta vez tuve una habitación en el segundo piso y las personas del tercer piso no dejaban descansar saltaban jalaban corrían y etc desde la media noche hasta las 5 de la mañana y eso fue una incomodidad más si te hospedas con niños
A cama não era confortável e não houve limpeza do quarto durante todos os dias.

They let us use the pool while waiting to check in. We got to check in 30 minutes early.
It could have been noted that the hotel was in the direct flight path for the airport, and that there is a running train that runs behind the property. The stove in the room was falling apart, the floors looked like they needed to be replaced( they looked like they were using boards that were not the right size) no ice was in the fridge and we were not told at check in about location of ice machines if there was any. No washcloths in the place, and I didn't receive any additional pillows or towels as requested on check in
The room was clean.
On arrival 6 of us checked in, upon getting to the room there were only 2 towels.
The pull out bed was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was average.
I got to breakfast late on the 2nd day 15.08.26 the staff indicated its closed mind you there were food in the warmers.
I asked for paper plates to reheat food that i had at my room and the objected.
I had to ask the front desk clerk for the plates who indicated yes, when i went back to the dinning room the staff who was cleaning up was like there are cutlery in the room.
nb. there were no forks or spoons there was 1 butter knife in the draw and some large cooking spoons.
Was good like the location of the food. Everything was in order. No flies. And everything was fresh.it was assistant when you needed.
Not much to like but the pool wasn't too bad.
Staff was not pleasant, we had two bathrooms for a family of 5 and we had to almost beg for two rolls of toilet paper, they only wanted to give us one roll to share. Airport shuttle was advertised, only to find out it was additional charge since they don't own a vehicle. Rooms were never clean in our seven days stay.

En las fotos es muy diferente a la realidad, publicidad engañosa.
Las almohadas malisimas...los colchones viejos y malos, falta mucho aseo. El sofá está lleno de mugre. Rotó y aparte con un colchón que se sienten los resortes y desagradable...el lugar es muy viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was good but while guests were waiting in line for breakfast it was removed from thr table. A little kindness came go a long way since the rooms only had one tiny teapot for Cooking.
The receptionist ( big huy) was friendly and tried to accomodate us with our request for pots.
