Precisa de alguns ajustes como aperto da valvula de agua do chuveiro, porta do microondas rachada, faltam alguns utensilios de cozinha (bandeijas para forno, panelas etc.)

El desayuno fue acorde a las expectativas y la ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Buen trato de los e,pleados. Muy cordiales y siempr e queriendo solucionar las cosas

Cons:

El hotel en si es muy lindo, lo que le falta es manteniemiento. Esta como dejado y las habitaciones no muy limias. De hecho, no la limpiaron en toda la estadia ni teniamos los materiales para hacerlo nosotros. Eramos 8 en la habitacion y no teniamos cubierto, platos ni vasos para todos.

el hotel tiene muy malas referencias, asi que cuando llegas todo es mejor de lo que te imaginabas. el lugar esta muy bien, y es de muy buen acceso si estas de paso para el aeropuerto o el puerto, como fue mi caso, lo unico es que parte del personal tiene muy malos modos o destrato en el sentido de que no les interesa ni lo que te pasa, ni lo que necesitas y la atencion resulta super deficiente, por el resto es aceptable. claramente no quisiera pasar alli 15 dias, aunque si no tuviera otra lo haria, pero para menos dias me parece que va muy bien.

Nothing the moment I walked into the lobby the place smelled horrible but I still had hope. The staff were very unpleasant.

Cons:

The place is invested with bedbugs the room was filthy. The bathtub really dirty, even the shower head very disgusting it’s just too many things to list. We had to check out earlier because we got eaten alive by bedbugs and are still suffering from the effects we throw away our clothes that we brought with us. Ours bodies are still in torment from the bedbugs bite. It’s none stop itching and burning this was the worst experience ever.

The location & the fact they had free breakfast.

Cons:

Lack of staff, the cleanliness, the lizards entering the rooms and there was no one on staff to remove them until 6-8 hours after it being reported, etc. Fire alarms went off for 20 minutes before someone came & I wouldn't have an issue but there was no fire & staff were confused. Plus it was EXTREMELY loud. Residents had to gather outside because it was louder in the rooms. The bathroom especially the tub was extremely dirty I did not use it. & the microwave had large cracks in it which is a safety hazard. Everything was dirty & dusty with stains including couch & carpet. No exaggeration. I canceled my stay and found elsewhere for less & was an actual upstanding hotel.
