Die Zimmer riechen modrig es war überall in der Küche, Bad, Bett sehr dreckig. An der Decke hängen überall Staubfäden herunter und über der Klimaanlage befindet sich Staub das vermutlich über Jahre nicht weggemacht worden ist. Man hustet direkt sobald man sich im Zimmer aufhält.

Pros:

Great location walking distance to everything
Good value for money especially with free breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff, and luggage storage for early morning flights. The rooms are a bit older but they are clean and tidy.

Superb customer service
Pros:

The customer service in this hotel is excellent. When challenges arise, the staff is empathic and understanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Waikiki.
