Great place to stay
Pros:

So friendly staff went above and beyond to help. Always smiling. Great room free breakfast and is right in town

That they stopped the fresh pineapple

Superb customer service
Pros:

The customer service in this hotel is excellent. When challenges arise, the staff is empathic and understanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Waikiki.

Adequate venue in paradise
Pros:

Older hotel conveniently located in Waikiki within walking distance of everything. Photos do not match the room. Probably would not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accurate on their suggestions. We love flour trip to Hawaii and the hotel helped us apprecia

I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Oasis. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor. Jesse at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome instead of greeting me like a valued guest.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little selection, and nothing stood out as fresh or special. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of customer service or the quality of the breakfast.

I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
