Buyer be aware of mysterious charges appearing on your credit card.
Cons:

I booked this reservation on booking.com and canceled within the cancellation window. Yet a mysterious hotel charge has showed up on my credit card. Why and how did this happen? Luckily I have email proof from booking.com that I cancelled in time. I’m sure the staff and facilities are quite nice. The reservation system and inappropriate charges are not. My time is valuable …

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the experience was fairly unpleasant.

The staff were mostly friendly.
Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room appeared clean however there was a very rank smell in the kitchen cupboards and sink that permeated the whole room. The noise at night from the street made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The pool was very small but was closed for the majority of our stay anyway. On our departure day the housekeeper was rude to my daughter. There were mites or fleas in the room that attacked us leaving us covered in bites. Breakfast was not inviting at all. It was crowded and the options were very limited.

Worth to stay if you on the budget
Pros:

Great location, just a minute from the shopping street and 5 minutes from the beach. Beach towels and chairs are free to use, which is very nice. Breakfast is included, although it doesn’t include eggs, cheese, or meat, but it was still fine for us and the kids. The kitchen area in the room has pans, plates, forks, knives, and everything needed for cooking. The patio is big. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are fresh and clean. Couch and furniture is clean.

Cons:

In general the whole facility is kinda old, pool is super small, we didn’t use it at all. Patio furniture is old too. Bath tub is kinda old, but works fine.

Centre of it all but quiet enough to relax!
Pros:

Location was awesome, room is everything you need. Big shoutout to the crew from reception all the way to housekeeping. You guys do an awesome job. Even when I had missed my flight and needed to rebook for one extra night the team made it happen. Alofa’s to you all.
