Eating options somewhat limited.
I got multiple notifications of unapproved charges from my bank. They had duplicate charges which were not correct, however the final draft was correct. This caused some concerns for me.
We were sent here by an airline following a cancelled flight. I would absolutely not part with my own money to stay here. First of all the shuttles from the airport were minibuses, could only fit 10 passengers & they don’t come every 15 mins as we were told they did. The drivers are very nice & did their best to communicate with the passengers waiting to give info on when the next shuttle would come. We arrived at the hotel after midnight & there were 3 colleagues working the front desk, all were lovely & friendly. My rating is purely for the staff in the hotel as they were all great. The hotel itself, dated and musty. There are hardly any sockets in the rooms to plug in chargers etc, the curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in 20 years & the duvets smelt of damp. We attempted the breakfast the next morning, awful. The food just tasted awful, bread was stale. Again the staff in the restaurant were lovely. On checkout we chose to get an uber rather than wait for the shuttle, others on our flight waited & didn’t arrive at the airport until nearly an hour after us! Overall this hotel is in a poor state of disrepair & clearly only keep going as airlines book customers in following flight issues.

She was so accommodating and beyond helpful to me and my friends. Doubletree is very lucky to have her. Her customer service skills are something you can not teach. She naturally has the personality to make you feel loved and heard.

The hotel was clean but dated. They provided great customer service especially the bar attendant. She was very personable and friendly. Our only complaint was the timing of the shuttle. We waited over 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle service.
Emilyann is a very great bartender and waitress. She took my order, made my alcoholic beverage quickly and consistently checked on me while I enjoyed my meal & drink. Professional customer service!!! A++

The Doubltree by Hilton Orlando Airport had excellent atmosphere and facilities. However the staff was beyond special….exceptional in service and skill, especially Esybel. She was attentive to our needs and very helpful and considerate. I would employ her in my business in a heartbeat.
