An Unforgettable experience
Pros:

I just wanted to say my boyfriend and I came for his birthday. The customer service here is "TOP TIER." I received help from Marie who was very kind and pleasant, Anna who helped make this stay special because we were celebrating a birthday. She helped with everything she was Awesome, and last but not least John in valet. John and Anna pulled out all the tricks. Everything and Everyone was wonderful. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend staying here.

I wish it were a better value.
Pros:

It was nice and in a good location.

Cons:

The rooms were cold and my drain plug for the shower/tub was laying in the bathtub not attached to the tub.

De mooie ruime kamer en we mochten onze fietsen meenemen in de kamer.ze hadden ook een grote shuttle bus waar onze grote fiets dozen in pasten op weg naar het vliegveld

Stunning service and seamless solutions!
Pros:

Dercy Rojas is the housekeeping legend who made a nightmare scenario have the most wholesome magical resolution.
During our stay, the team on the reception were extremely accommodating and allowed for our every need to be met and graciously built upon with ease.
Extremely grateful for each colleague we came across with extra thanks to Dercy and the lovely lady working the morning shift at Starbucks.

Location could not have been better.

Had to be at MCO by 3 a.m. so no breakfast. Location was fantastic.

Good stay
Pros:

Excellent location. It’s just next to the airport and best part is that a 24 hours free shuttle service runs every 15 min.
Rooms are spacious but a bit older. I am satisfied with the rooms. Smart TV available so kids were super happy too.
Staff was nice and courteous and they accepted request to store luggage before check in without any hassle.
I didn’t go for breakfast due to early flight, so can’t comment on it.
