The toilet was used. Urine with toilet paper when we arrived to room
We were on 25th floor and employees were working early morning using a drill. Woke us up

The Omni Chicago used to be quite nice, but the facilities have worn tired and it doesn’t feel like a 4 star property anymore. I’d say more 3-3.5 stars.
