Very pleased but upgrades are needed to the rooms. Thank you!
Pros:

The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and convenient to where we were going. The porters downstairs and the waiters were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the 24th for and the noise from traffic and sirens was more than expected at night.
The bathroom needs a FAN!

My day was wonderful at the Omni and it just let me relax and reset.
Pros:

I like the location of the property right off of Michigan Avenue. Also, you’re all shopping and food.

Cons:

The price of parking. It was $89 a night when other locations around was the same price for several nights.

I would like to provide the following feedback regarding my stay:

Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unavailable or not working properly for most of my stay, which was quite inconvenient.
Breakfast: When I searched for the hotel on Booking.com, I selected the option indicating that breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my package. This was disappointing, as the information shown during the booking process was unclear.
Early Check-In: I had requested an early check-in in advance. I arrived at the hotel slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, but I was not allowed to check in. I was told that I would need to wait until a room became available. I decided to leave the hotel and was assured that I would receive a text message as soon as the room was ready. Unfortunately, I never received any notification and had to return to the hotel myself.

Overall, I was disappointed with these aspects of my stay and believe there is room for improvement in communication and guest service.

The sink was backed up, and when I used the bar sink it spat up dirt from the drain in the bathroom. And the bathroom sliding door was broken.
