Estaba bien ubicado y con tiendas bastante completas, además la piscinas y los espacios me gustaron

El último día del checkout , empezó desde las 4:00qm de la madrugada una alarma que había en la mesa de noche y no dejó de sonar hasta las 8:00am que llegó una persona a tocar la puerta para ya limpiar la habitación sin haberse cumplido la hora para poder retirarnos , me pareció un error dejó su parte y el pasillo un poco tenebroso , nos tocó casi al final de la pasillo y al verlo empezaba a marearnos , además que en la entrada desde el día uno hasta el último había un olor a baño bastante desagrable

Ônibus para parques não respeitam os horários, um dia saiu antes do horário, outro dia não teve ônibus para os parques, Carpetes muito velho e parecendo não limpos

Pros:

The room was great, high floor with a great view, the bed was comfortable, the shower was really good and the couch as well. The staff was great, the pool was nice, the breakfast buffet was good but with a cost. Overall I enjoyed my stay, will stay here again

Cons:

The one thing I didn't like was the bathroom was small, if you are a person of size it will feel l tight.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un vrai plus en 15 min à pied vous êtes à l’entrée du Park Universal!
La piscine est sympa mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.
Les chambres sont dans leurs jus mais bien entretenus
