Pros:

The staff more than accommodated our special requests as we were celebrating multiple occasions during our short stay! The location is ideal, walking distance to a lot of places plus bus stop is right outside the hotel. Rooms are big and clean, can't fault it. It's our 3rd time staying here and will continue to be our top choice when visiting Orlando

Navette qui amène directement au parc d'attraction

Accueil décevant : le réceptionniste n’a fourni aucune explication claire sur la navette pour Universal et nous a orientés vers un guichet fermé, entraînant une attente inutile. Il ne s'est donné aucune peine dans ses explications et nous a très mal accueilli. Nous avons finalement appris qu’il suffisait de se présenter 10 minutes avant le départ. La vue de la chambre au 2ème étage ne donnait pas sur le jardin comme décrit sauf en se penchant fortement...
