Cons:

Listing said free parking. We had to pay per car. Bathroom smelled like pee. I assume the shower curtain needed washed, causing the smell because it’s right beside the toilet. There’s no fitted top sheet and the mattress protector had hair on it

Lovely stay, lovely staff and great location.

We stay here every year! Love it, perfect location

Cons:

I wish they did a clean every day in the rooms like before, this really stood out for us over the years against other hotels. It was outdated but very clean but I hope they start updating it soon as it may begin to get run down over the next few years.

Cons:

On check in at nearly close midnight as we had a late flight. We got charged a $50 dollar fee for breakages. I explained that we were not aware of this. I explained we would be checking out at first thing to check in to our Disney hotel. She agreed to waver the fee but then proceeded to charge it anyway??. The place is old and very dated . The room was basic and also had a strong smell of bleach products. Never again !

Close to Universal, but property needs an upgrade
Pros:

Location, reasonable parking at $10, no resort fee

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable; bathroom does not have a fan and it's too small; hallways smell a little musky; WiFi slow and spotty
